People both customers and staff not wearing masks or as they feel like it won't go back.

Employees do not care if you report a malfunctioning gas pump, specifically the manager. He treated me like I was trying to scam him when I was the one being ripped off. He did nothing to inspect the pump or shut it down.

I need to speak to my ex. Can you put my Ex on. This is the Exxon in the Heights way up in the posh part of town, and it gets pretty busy and usually has pretty high prices as well compared to others in Houston, although for this neighbourhood it's pretty typical. It's still a good gas station and clean and fairly friendly as well, so it's helpful to have it here.

Store and employees inside are great
The people outside begging for money is outrageous I’ve Ben there 7-8 times and always there’s someone asking for money or trying to clean the windshield
1 guy did while I was in the store
I have a story to tell every time I’ve been there but I’m sure you get it
I went by today but didn’t stop
If you would like to get gas or a Drink without getting a sob story stop some where else

I waited on the restroom just to see a male employee coming out. Really! If ur men's bathroom is that dirty that you don't want to use it maybe try cleaning it.

Horrible if I could give less than 1 star I would! Bought 2 packs of cigarettes advertised at $5.14 per pack, was charged $12.08 + tax for a total of $13.08. I told him he charged me wrong and he said prices went up. I showed him the sign and asked him to honor it. He said prices went up. I told him it was false advertising. I paid for my cigarettes tried to call and speak to his boss and was hung up on several times. Last time I go there.
