Terrible service and very very rude

Not a 24 hour establishment.
5:30 am on a weekday in Houston and your turning away customers, so that you can clean the pump face. All the while there was another employee inside, doing who knows what. Every night this place closes and has lines of people stopping and honking and no one comes to the door.
Definitely nor 24 hours

Mike (the manager) is extremely rude. We were getting gas this morning when we noticed that the pump kept going even after our tank was full. The sensor was clearly busted as gas kept flowing onto the ground. We ended up having to pay $79 to fill up the Camry (usually costs $45). We went inside to get help, the employee called Mike, and Mike refused to reimburse us for the wasted gas. He stated that it was our fault that we did not put the pump in correctly and that there was no proof that we didn’t spill the gas on purpose. Who would go to a gas station just to spill gas on the ground on purpose? Will not be coming back.

Customer was treated rudely at this store. When she went inside for help getting the pump to work she was told that they were not a full service station by one of the district/ region msnagers. Eventually a manager came out tothe pump and he had to use his phone to clear it. Not your best customer service !!! Zero stars.
