Upon ordering a drink with no ice, the barista refused, citing store policy. What was particularly disheartening was the tone in which the refusal was delivered, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. While I understand policies, the manner in which they are communicated can greatly affect the customer experience. I hope the cafe addresses this issue to ensure all patrons feel valued and respected. Also, I ALWAYS got my coffee with no ice so I NEVER heard of that policy that she made up.

As a walk-in customer with no one in line, I was once again disappointed as I was ignored for 5 minutes before getting to order. The order took roughly 5 minutes as well. Priority was given to drive-thru line. The patio had a homeless guy that first solicited a cup of coffee, then $5.00, then turned paranoid and asked "Are you recording me?!" I didn't stick around for the next phase of his behavior.

Nothing much to say other than I enjoyed my coffee and the service. Place was ok.. nothing special in the interior, but nice place.

The service and of course my latte was excellent. I also love the space available for sitting to read, study, relax... Love this location.

Takes forever to get a mobile order inside. Meanwhile the drive thru is moving steady. It would be faster to just go through drive thru rather than order on the app. Took 20 mins to get drink inside, while about 10 cars went through line.

Had the venti Java chip Frappuccino with no whip cream and an affrogotto shot. The Associate was pleasant, friendly and very understanding. The ambiance was of a Seattle coffee shop

Absolute worst Starbucks in the area.The layout is bad, the parking is bad, and they’ve missed the mark on delivering on their drink times by 30+ minutes on non-peak times on three occasions. They don’t seem very organized and have gifted out the most “sorry for the wait” gift cards out of any Starbucks I’ve seen.There’s a Starbucks nearby at Kroger and one in the Barnes & Noble that have better service.

This location is just a mess. I have issues with almost every order. I typically order ahead off of the app and it takes an incredibly long time for it to be ready and half the time it is wrong further extending the wait time. This location just seems very disorganized - Wouldn't

40 minutes to get a drink inside. They were busy? Maybe a little but not the busiest I've seen. This was a Sunday morning. The reason this store is busy is because they're slow and have to remake orders. The "manager" has one of the worst attitudes ever. The drink I had was not even correct. 0/5 stars because there are so many other shops to choose from.
