Very nice staff that do their best to give fast and friendly service! My main complaint is that I ordered an iced mocha late with oat milk, and it tasted sort of burnt at first before everything mixed together.Dietary restrictions: They had oat milk on hand so I didn't have to suffer as much due to my lactose intolerance

Every time i come to this store they always put so much matcha in the drinks it taste so bad and it’s dark green instead of the normal light green. Im guessing when they scoop the matcha they don’t shake the excess off and give everyone double the matcha scoops, i wish i could just drink it but it makes the drink taste extremely bitter.

Everytime they do very bad ! I pay extra for salted cold foam $1.25 ! I love cold foam ! But ... they don't know how to do it , just iceee ! They are not professional bartenders ! Customer severvice very bad ! The store not clean !

Cassie at the Window is rude and talks to people crazy, always forgets to give me my card back and is always saying inappropriate things to co workers about that people that come through drive thru.

Loved stopping and getting my Starbucks every morning from here on my commute to work BUT I’ll never come back to this location again due to the rudeness I experienced from Maggie. I spent well over $50 this specific day I came in on food and drinks for my family and her attitude and aggressiveness was uncalled for. I didn’t treat her the way I was treated and there was no reason for it. I guess she was having a bad day and I got the back end of that stick that day. I’ll go one more exit up from here on out and get my morning coffee from the next location on 1960. It’s a shame to have people in the customer service industry not know the meaning of customer service. I hope Maggie’s day got better after I left. Sorry for asking that one of my drinks be modified, had I known it would have ruined your day I would have shut up about it.

Jonathan is such an amazing barista! Every time I go through the drive thru on a weekend morning, he is always so polite and has the best customer service skills. I can’t say this is true about some of the other employees there. Just ask for Jonathan if you ever go there on a weekend morning!
