My experience at Starbucks was extremely disappointing. Despite waiting for over 40 minutes for my order, the staff seemed indifferent and unapologetic when I politely inquired about the delay. Their rude response only added insult to injury. Such poor customer service and lack of respect for customers' time reflect poorly on the establishment as a whole. I won't be returning anytime soon.

They didn't top my mocha frappe with chocolate, I had to ask.I went to redeem my birthday treat, but the cashier messed it up, and I didn't even get a Happy Birthday, like I have on other occasions. Anyway, the manager gave me a refund for my birthday reward.Parking: It's not a big parking lot, so sometimes there are no spaces left to park.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the drinks I recently purchased at this Starbucks location. As a loyal customer who frequents your establishment regularly, I have always appreciated the consistency and taste of your beverages. However, my recent experience has left me greatly dissatisfied.I visited this Starbucks store today. I ordered my usual drink, a Mango Lemonade Dragonfruit in a Venti cup, but unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations. The drink tasted unusual and lacked the usual balance of flavors that I have come to expect from Starbucks.Additionally, I observed inconsistencies in the preparation of the drink. It seemed as though the ingredients were not measured accurately, resulting in an unbalanced and disappointing beverage. The texture was also off, indicating a potential issue with the frothing or steaming process.I believe it is crucial to provide feedback when there is a noticeable decline in the quality of products or services. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I am concerned about the consistency and standards upheld at this particular location.

I used the drive thru. I didn't utilize the indoor services. My Frappuccino was delicious as usually.

It has been getting progressively worse or better to say a hit and miss with percentages being like 30% hit and 70% miss. The people are nice until you say anything about your drink and then you are just rushed out. Not understanding why it's going downhill.

I love going to this Starbucks location! The employees, specifically Sam, are awesome. Every time I come in Sam greets me warmly and converses with me for a while. She had great recommendations for drinks, and she represents this establishment very very well. She is certainly a ray of sunshine and I think she deserves a round of applause for her service!!!!

Came here around 5:30. On 11/14/23. The manager was very rude to the young lady in front of me. Not sure what happened situation wise. But the manager was being very condescending and rude towards her. If It were my daughter or anybody else’s kid being talked to in this manner, I know we would not be ok with the tone and attitude of this manager… everyone deserves respect
