I was disappointed. I have stayed at other Staybridges and this one is the worst one so far. No weights in the gym though there are pictures of weights on the website. Staff members eat breakfast and sit at tables when people are trying to find a seat. This happened mutiple days. The place needs renovations. The worst part was the amount of cockroaches. I kept killing them in my room and more kept coming back. I stopped counting after 6. Then there were more in the hallways.

DO NOT STAY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN
Back door is broken and does not lock. Anyone can come and go. Homeless people come in for the free breakfast and dinner. I told the front desk lady and they know it’s not secure. She thinks because she’s at the front desk she can prevent anyone from coming and going. See picture of door broken.

This hotel is not the same quality as traditional staybridge suites. Staff at front desk are unhappy, as they should be as there is no air conditioning in any communal space. The carpet is frayed and a trip hazard, the furniture is unkempt. There are so many signs! Including one from the fire marshal.

This is one of my go to hotels when traveling to Houston for business. Clean rooms adequately stocked with a small kitchen and full size refrigerator stove and microwave. Gym could use some work, tvs don’t work and one treadmill is down. Everything here is really good though including free dinner Monday thru Wednesday for their social gatherings.

HOUSEKEEPING STEALS! RUN DO NOT STAY HERE! Our bag was stolen by housekeeping during our stay! We called and left 2 voicemails for the manager to speak about the incident. The manager NEVER returned our calls. Absolutely the WORST location. Housekeeping is NOT trustworthy!!

Old, worn out, stained and dirty hotel that is falling apart. The breakfast was the best part. Not the usual boring fare. I bet it was a gem in its heyday. I thinknit is hard to find something nice in downtown Houston these days.

We stayed here as my husband had a medical test 4 miles away. They didn't have the room he requested online so when we checked in they had already upgraded us to a larger room. In fact, it was a 2 bed/2 bath. Huge! Very nice room. Great bedding. Very quiet even as close to the Beltway as it is. The complimentary hotel breakfast was the best I've had in years and I stay at hotels often. Great variety, fresh, attentive staff although a bit tight in space and it felt like one of the high top tables was really in the way of the buffet flow, especially since people were sitting at it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was the best hotel stay I've ever had. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Houston!

Rundown place. City has closed pool. Maid service is horrible and not trustworthy.. Blue tarps all over roof. Full of families living permanently with kids trashing everything. Full of roaches! Washers always broke. Very unkept grounds. Our comforter has a huge hole in it. Not a desirable place to stay. Something needs to be done!

This hotel is infested with cockroaches. I killed about 10 in my room, seen some crawling around the breakfast area. This place has to be infested as I was on the third floor and spotted some in the breakfast area on the first floor. I stay in IHG properties around 230 nights/year on average. Will not be returning here. Staff is very nice, just the infestation of cockroaches keeps me away.

StayBridge suites it is the best all the workers are very very nice I wouldn't go anywhere else but here the food is always fresh rooms are always clean the perfect get away the perfect place to be is StayBridge my children do not want to leave and I don't either lol the best place ever GiGi, Diana Amo and all the workers are great love them

Needs some updating and TLC
Air vents need a good cleaning.
Quite a few long-term guests with large dogs.
