We’ve been customers here for close to 20 years (or so—maybe a bit less). This is a completely honest business—they try to save you money, explain choices and trade-offs clearly, and never try to upsell. My 25-year-old car is still running well because of them. Charged me $500+ to change a hose they claimed was broke. They ended up cutting it and tightening the hose to the coolant reservoir, which cause more damage.

Took my car into their shop around 3 for an oil change and inspection. The young guy working there said they didn't do inspections. I'm like ok, fine. I brought my own oil/filter and the young guy working in the shop had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Charged me only $20. On my drive home my car check engine light comes on (for the first time ever) and it starts blinking. When I put my foot on the gas the power/acceleration felt like it was dragging. All this is new. My car had 0 issues, 0 warning lights. I drive a 2018 Hyundai Sonata and I've never had any issues. I've never had issues at this place. My 3rd time going for maintenance. But immediately after a routine oil change my car started screwing up. I called after I left and they never picked up the phone. I called again this morning, no answer. My relatively newer car is screwing up from. $20 oil change....
