OMG! John was so wonderful I just had a horrible experience at the 59 and Kirby location ended up speaking with John at the N Durham location told me to come in he’ll take care of me and he did just that I must say I walked in and sat down by the time I blinked my eye John was done had me in and out while still delivering over the top customer service (unlike 59& Kirby) so you guys come see John he’s HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I use them for small business banking. It's great having people that I can call with questions. They went above and beyond helping with the PPP loan. They also went above and beyond helping with a counterfeit check issue - they even notified us before we had even seen the withdrawals from the account.

Your staff do not know what to do with US Treasury Savings bonds, how to cash them - nor do they have any clue as to US/FEDERAL banking regulations and protocol. I have reported your bank to the "Office of the Investigator General for the US Treasury Department". I am also contacting others to investigate.
