Did an oil change service at southwest Lexus dealership, they half way washed the car I had to beg for a rag to clean the car up properly, all staff saw me cleaning the car, but no one offered to help this occurred 12/19/2025 customer service here is getting very poor I may have to switch to Lexus west Houston.

We buy Lexus because it is the best car made. We have purchased and serviced our vehicles at Lexus Southwest Houston for over 20 years because their service department is excellent. Service is easy to schedule. Our vehicles are thoroughly inspected. Maintenance options are discussed clearly and completed timely first time. Same is true for any repairs. We have had the same service advisor, Kevin, who knows our vehicles thoroughly and how we use them.
