Unprofessional technicians. Can't determine correct issue with vehicle and will tell you to do stuff which is not under warranty so they can make money and issue will still exist. Without even looking at the cause, they said do this service (james service advisor).Took my 23 rav4 3 times for vibration and humming/ grinding noise which is most likely from bad bearing but they say it's normal and do balancing aftera test drive, even then issue didn't resolve . Went Second time right the next day and they didn't even want to check the car saying they don't have time even though i made an appointment and drove 1hr to them. Then they test drove it and this time they said change tire (at only 25500k miles) and get alignment. I got that
done from NTB Even then issue existed but keep saying nothing wrong with car. At second visit I spoke with manager and says if you think it's bothering your ears then raise the radio. So Unprofessional. At 3rd visit, they kept the car for 3hrs and only test drove for 6 min and i checked dash cam and saw they came to conclusion that balancing was off even before driving and in the drive, they were just chatting and didn't focus on the humming/ bearing noise. I filled a complaint with totota corporate as well as NTSHA. NTB checked properly and confirmed that the FRONT bearings are going bad. Stealing mccall didn't even bother checking it and just focus on vibration.
They need better advisors and technicians.

The inefficiency of the staff, particularly the extended 30-minute wait just to check into an EXPRESS service is unacceptable! Furthermore, rude staff members who appear disinterested in assisting customers is disappointing and can leave a lasting negative impression, especially for a place like Sterling McCall!
It is concerning that one of the check in staff (I think his name was Villafranco) did not seem welcoming or eager to conduct business properly. Providing efficient and friendly service should be a top priority for any SERVICE establishment, especially for a big name like TOYOTA!
Please retrain your staff and identify areas for improvement and ensure that other customers do not have similar negative experiences!!

I came in on Wednesday June 26, at 1:00 pm guy named Sergio in express oil change was Rude . Very Rude I don’t know how people like this can represent a company. He seemed like someone people can’t trust . I don’t even know if he mentioned his actual name.It’s my 5th car from sterling mcall Toyota. And I always come to this location to change oil , change cars every two years. And I even get my car maintenance from this location always. All the guys before him since 2015 are always good. And even offer me options for car maintenance with out me asking them for opinions. But this guy was actually Rude. I never seen a guy like this work in customer service since childhood and I’m 23 years old.

Brought my Tundra in for fluid changes, they didn't refill the coolant reservoir, left hoses loose, and now a maintenance required light is on the dash. I spent over $2k there.

They overfilled my brand-new car with oil for the first oil change. Make sure to check the dipstick before you leave them. This is the 3rd incident with this location. Will never come back. You lost a customer with 3 Toyotas. Jean was my rude unprofessional service advisor
