I purchased new kitchen countertops from Stone Store in November through IKEA. The stone itself is nice and turnaround time was good.
BUT the dimensions were not made as discussed during the templating session and the square footage was reduced but payment not refunded as specified in the policy. I've tried to contact them via phone and email to get this amicably remedied, but as others have commented, have been completely ghosted. It's infuriating to be ignored on top of having been overcharged for something that was not delivered according to contract.
I'd take your business somewhere else that delivers as agreed and has some semblance of customer service.

The Stone Store did a fabulous job on our bathroom Vanity. My wife and I couldn’t afford a Bentley, so we settled for a Bentley “Cambria,” Vanity instead. It is the crown jewel of our master bathroom. Pictures to come. Thanks Adam and Stone Store for such a wonderful addition.

My standards are quite high. My project faced a few difficulties which can be par for the course with natural stone, but my final result was a beautifully done countertop. The installers were very good - nice guys who were obviously cared about what they were doing. Call Bob - he will help guide you through the decision-making process. He was incredibly patient with me and assured me that me that all would be well, and it was!

Stone Store recently replaced our countertop with a 3-inch, Taj Royale Caesarstone. The experience from Nash in sales to Cassandra in billing was easy-going, non-pressure and top notch. The measurements were impeccable, strategic and thoughtful. The counter is beautiful, germ resistant and sturdy. The price was the icing on the cake- they were more reasonable then Home Depot (who was absurdly over-priced). We are happy with the results and hope to refinish our entire kitchen with StoneStore eventually.

I just recently had quartz countertops installed by Stone Store. Everyone I dealt with was super nice. The installers were polite and efficient. I love my counters and I can highly recommend this company.

We are having such a horrible experience. We hired StoneStore two months ago. The slabs were cut incorrectly and were left here in my game room unfinished.The store representative Is not returning any emails or calls, completely ghosting us. We tried contact many times and left several messages. Never heard back from anyone. We have already paid for half of the project. Extremely frustrating.

Daniel Robinson, the store manager went above and beyond. He had three countertop samples mailed to me in Arkansas knowing I was not building in the Houston area and that I could not be buy product from his store. Great customer service!

The Stone Store Installed Quartz countertops in my kitchen that don't color match. They refused to do anything about it.They are way overpriced and do not stand behind their work.Shop around before using them, you will easily find better customer service at a better price.

Did a great job on 2 of my properties in 2019 and 2020. Tried.to.get a bid on a third in April 2021 and they have not responded after 3 weeks even after confirming via telephone that they received my request. Good quality negated by poor responsiveness.

Dan and team are simply the best in Houston. They've installed stone in two of my properties and I look forward to working with them again. Both experiences were great..the selection process at their impressive warehouse was laid back (other companies push you into their high commission product) and both projects were installed within a week of selection.

The Stone Store came to look at the Caesarstone countertops yesterday. Apparently there was some miscommunication. Alfonso tried to clean the dull spots without success. They said they will look at other cleaning options and Daniel said he would initiate a warranty claim with Caesarstone.
