Lady who owns the store couldn't be worse. The place is filthy, I found cockroaches by the food. Avoid this place at all costs, parking is terrible here anyways and the owner couldn't care less if you have a handicap. She literally made my friend cry with how rude she was.

I don’t normally post but I’ve had the sneaking suspicion that Stop at Joe’s has been overpriced (despite their labeled prices) for over a year now. Today I tested it. I got two sets of beers with a preconceived price before going to the counter. Unfortunately, when I got to the counter the cash attendant informed me that the michelob ultras were $17.99, despite their listed price of $11.99. I informed them that this was incorrect to which they said that they would respectfully prove me wrong. We walked to the drinks in question and, unfortunately for them, they had the price listed in the attached image (i.e., $11.99). The attendant who questioned my original pricing, immediately tried to scratch off the price informing me that it differed from their on system price. I balked and snapped the attached photo while they scraped it away. When I approached the register, they let me know in no unconditional terms that I was misinformed (despite my photo) and that if I didn’t like it, I should shop elsewhere. I told them that I didn’t respect their business practices and I proceeded to purchase the correctly priced beer (declining the overpriced beer). I’d warn anyone that chooses to do business with Stop at Joe’s to ensure that they know the pricing before they proceed to checkout and, even if they do know the price, be prepared for a wild ride as the attendants change the price live if you prove them wrong.

Overall, great hole in the wall tiki bar that serves quality drinks. Drinks: They have a very large list of cocktails. They have mocktails, wine, and beer available too. It can be overwhelming trying to skim through all the ingredients for all the cocktails, but you can't go wrong with just trying or asking the bartender for references. I had the blended drink missionary's downfall, which was light pineapple flavor, but not overly sweet. Parking: Very limited parking. I think there's 4 spots available plus another 4 spots from the gas station next to it that is only available when the gas station is closed. There's plenty of street parking though. I would prefer just ubering or lyfting to this place. Ambiance: This is super casual spot, but it is a small bar with limited space. I don't recommend coming with a large crowd during busy nights. They do keep head count, so there could be a line to get in during busy nights.

What an amazing bar! First off, they have an amazing happy hour from 4-7 on weekdays, all day Wednesday, or anytime you wear a Hawaiian shirt! During happy hour, 6 of the cocktails are $6, and on Tuesdays they have 3 separate mai tais for $6 each as well. They also have an extensive rum selection for you to try at a half or full pours. This is a great place to go if you're exploring the territory of rum. I was quite surprised by the sheer number and diversity of their bottles, and as a whiskey fan, this sort of rum bar runs in tune with many of the great whiskey bars around town.

I literally stumbled across this place by accident, we were going to the smoke shop next-door when we noticed a little bar right next-door. My friend and I decided to give it a try, and we really weren't expecting much when we walked in. To our surprise, the interior of the bar was Hawaiian theme and very well decorated, nothing like we would've expected given the exterior. I forget what we ordered, but it was creamy and delicious and the sweetness was not overbearing or overwhelming, it was just the right amount of everything. We made our way outside, as we wanted to smoke. The outdoor seating area was divine. They had a fountain going, bamboo in the back with awesome signs and seating that look like airdropped cargo. All very cool! I Would definitely recommend to anybody in the area!

Believe the hype. This place is a tiki bar in almost every sense of the word from the nondescript exterior, interior decorations, and serious drinks they are slinging. We stopped by on a Friday night and ended up getting 2 rounds of drinks. The painkiller was probably my favorite and comes in a ceramic coconut (most of the drinks come in some kind of fun glasses). I was also impressed by the bar tenders as the drink menu was pretty beefy and they were able to work through these complicated to make drinks pretty efficiently. If you are looking for a unique and fun experience highlighted by some seriously good and fun drinks, definately check it out!

Cute, quiet, low lit little hole in the wall Tiki bar. Tasty drinks, interesting and eclectic atmosphere, and good vibe. The music isn't so loud that you can't have a conversation TIP: GREAT first date bar!!
