‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Please get your stuff out of this storage unit on Walters Rd., Houston, TX They are all working inside jobs Even if you pay your storage unit It has been many break-ins. The management is going in units then breaking into them multiple cameras everywhere my police report says burglary. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ People will read this review and still choose this storage unit until it happened to you It’s too many cameras like the police said for no one to see nothing inside Job the police said that all these units they choose to pick my unit to break in on the inside with cameras everywhere how can you get out without being seen? With multiple items

DO NOT RENT from here and I repeat DO NOT RENT from here my unit has been broken into and other people's also so if you value you're property you will not put you're valuables into to this storage!!! It has been a lot of there customer taking there things out of this storage so please don't rent from them not a safe place for you're belongings and there insurance only wants to pay you $2,000 for you're property and I know that my belongings is worth way more that $2,000 damn dollars🤬🤬🤬

I have been a customer for several years and typically the area is clean and well kept. For the last few months there’s been a family living in the building where my storage is located. I wrote it off as they were just waiting for someone. But it’s been at least 6 months and they are always sitting in the hallway. Today, I came in and the odor was horrendous. I finally called customer service and Nikita was not surprised. She said she would alert the local storage manager but wouldn’t that person know if they are there regularly? Makes me wonder…anyway. I don’t want to put out someone down on their luck but I also don’t want my items smelling like body odor, either. BTW: Nikita hung up on me which I found very rude as I had additional questions. I’m regretting referring this place to my daughter because it doesn’t seem as well kept as I believed. Plus, this is my second time receiving subpar customer service.

First time using storage so it’s kind of overwhelming! Yesterday I drove at the Walters road location for the first time, could not open the gate but upon checking the code box, I was welcomed by Chris who explained how to enter the code but also show me the map to locate my unit, explained how to use the locker, I mean I am so grateful he was available to help and I felt blessed. My unit was big, new and clean, so impressed. Just read some on the bad reviews and I hope issues (payment, robbery….) have been solved as I would be disappointed but so far my experience was amazing. I will update later on in time. Thank you to Chris again

I think it is very inhumane for your facility to not work with anyone regarding a natural disaster. The whole process cruel and heartless. I spoke with several agents and a so called supervisor regarding my storage unit. Houston, Tx was hit by hurricane Beryl when nearly the whole city was without power and some still are, including my job. My power just got restored Sunday night so if you know anything about houston the temperature is really hot and some people lost their lives. I told your agents that I was out of work for a week due to outages so I couldn't get paid, I was going to use that money to pay my storage fee, because I can't afford to lose anything in my storage all I was asking for was an extension so I want lose my items, so therefore they will auction off tomorrow. God forbid if any of your workers or people they care about has to go through this. No compassion what's so ever just another issue I have to worry about. Yall should try to put yourself in somebody else's shoe's and see how it feels to lose everything that was beyond your control. What if it was happening to you? My items been in your facility for over a year getting paid and your telling me there's nothing you can do for your customer when a disaster hits, very sad and heartless situation. I wish I could give y'all zero stars.
