You’d be better off buying box dye, some kid’s craft scissors, and doing the mess yourself. That way when you don’t get the results you were expecting, you can tell yourself you’ll try again or to get over it like they will. At least it will only cost you $20 instead of $400+ to get the EXACT OPPOSITE of what you asked for. They make excuses and don’t take ownership, as obvious in their responses to other 1-star reviews. Save your money and your hair.
*update after expected response from the owner. You’d think if we (actually) consulted for an hour, then your team would get it right in the first place. I don’t want to go back and risk making it worse, plus why should I trust that someone who consults for “an hour” still can’t do the job? Yikes.

**Edited my review because they made it right and I appreciate the tremendous effort and ownership. Daniel cut my hair and I think I’ve now have my go to person and will definitely be returning. Thank you guys for getting me back in and hopefully the scheduling system isn’t an ongoing problem—I did over hear another client discussing a similar issue I had last week. For prospecting clients I would just call and schedule or verify the appointment. Highly recommend the studio and appreciate the warm and friendly environment. Also, appreciate their dedication to happy clients.
I had an appointment today and I get a call an hour before the original appointment time saying there was a “scheduling error.” I was unable to reschedule at a reasonable time and personally the fact that I couldn’t be extended the same courtesy of 24 hour notification they require of you as the customer really changed my mind about coming to this salon. Don’t trust their online system because clearly they don’t look ahead to identify issues in an ample amount of time.

Elizabeth is the best! I’ve been with her for 5 years now, and she never ceases to amaze me. Her coloring skills are really good! She does exactly what you ask for every time! It is a bit pricey but Elizabeth is worth the money.

Studio A receptionist Andy & hair stylist Yesenia were awesome as usual!! Wanted to give them a shout out💙
I came to the salon because I wanted to add some color to my hair, Yesenia saw my vision & brought it to life, seriously she is just amazing!!!!
Receptionist Andy saw that I was looking at the sample perfumes which all smelled amazing & I couldn’t make up my mind. During the hair appointment Andy came up & gave me some samples of the perfumes. WOW!! I didn’t say anything to him but noticed that I was undecisive. Truly went above & beyond and made me so happy!

First, I want to say that Dane did a REMARKABLE job on my hair! I was suffering from extreme thinning hair and had resigned to wearing my hair in a long pony. I had slightly graying hair and felt older than I felt. I needed a change. I was a mess upon entering the salon. I wasn't sure how my terribly damaged, ethnic hair would be received. Dane has a super power: hair illusion master. He gave this thin, lifeless hair a new color and cut that created volume I NEVER knew was possible. I find myself wanting to go out and be seen in the world. Not hiding inside my home. His assistant Zoe worked on my hair as well often having to tag team because of the nature of my hair. What a pair! Dane changed my life! I wish I could have left an even larger tip for his extraordinary talent! THANK you DANE, THANK YOU, DANE, Thank you! Everyone has complimented me on my hair color and cut. My best friend said I now look like the younger daughter of my previous self! What a compliment! All thanks to you, Dane! This salon is the BEST! Don't hesitate to book with Dane!

4/29/2025 scheduled at 9am. Where do I begin…The hospitality as soon as I walked in was very appreciated! I didn’t get her name but she was one of the sweetest. 🤗 Now for my new hairstylist, Garrett. His consultation and explanation of what works for my curly hair, was so on point. I walked out feeling brand new. My hair has never felt and looked so healthy. Thank you Garrett and thank you Salon A for a very pleasant experience. 🙏

I can’t say enough great things about Garrett! He is absolutely amazing. Every time I leave his chair, I feel like a million bucks. He truly works magic—my hair looks incredible! Not only is he incredibly talented and skilled at what he does, but he also takes the time to listen and make sure he understands exactly what I’m looking for. His attention to detail and passion for his craft really show in the results. I’ve never been happier with my hair, and I always get compliments after seeing him. I made x an appointment with a stylist who I specifically chose based on there training and years of experience. I made the appointing through their online schedule- It was done via text and It was confirmed in the morning and I showed up and the appointment wasn’t really on the books. Just be careful when you’re booking with the salon not to do it without actually speaking to a live body. I’ve no idea if they’re good or bad but they’re booking process leaves little to be desired. Good luck.

Got a haircut here back in the fall, and am only just now getting to review this place.
My hairstylist was nice and sweet, but that's the only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one.
I asked them to reinforce my style of face-framing pieces with layers, and left with a very blunt, terribly blended cut. The hairstylist I went to today confirmed for me just how bad it was (thank god, shout out to Cutloose Salon) and fixed it right up.
Would not recommend this salon.
