They charge you for a sandwich that's supposed to have all the ingredients. but they don't have all the ingredients cuz they say they're too expensive to stock. The manager told me that the customers are too greedy... I would recommend the subway further down on telephone....that didn't have olives... And other vegetables that Subway is supposed to stock.... They didn't have napkins I didn't have silverware they didn't have a lot of things like that either.... I won't be going back to this location.

Remembering how my preferred fast food was every day years ago. My surprise is the price for a footlong sandwich with sides. More than $15.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. Careful with the area, a lot of suspicious activities.

Am giving one star because they out off a lot of food!! No Tuna! No olives, No pickles, no lemonade, no Dr pepper. No napkins!!! Is my first time eating here and my last! They are friendly they put a lot of mayonnaise in my sandwich!!

Hey owner of this store, today one poor employee showed up for work and was amazing but where were you? One person working the store? Customers have to get in and out fast on a lunch hour. It's your responsibility if you have someone "no show". You should have helped your award winning employee because she won't be there for long.

I would not recommend placing online orders specifically at the Telephone Rd location. Went yesterday (4/12/23) to pick up my online order, which the app stated it was ready to be picked up at 6:55pm. When I arrived, the employee Cindy, stated that my order wasn't ready and she will start my order next. Once she was done with the current customer's order, she decided to start on another customers order instead of mine. By this time it was already 7:10pm, literally 15mins after my order should have been ready. During those 15min 2 DoorDash drivers arrived to pick up another online order to which Cindy once again said it was not ready. I ended up getting my order at 7:30pm instead of 6:55pm, Cindy needs to manage her time at work wisely or the manager simply needs to hire more people to prevent this type of service.

The service was absolutely horrible. I parked outside in the lot at 3pm and ordered my food online. Our order on the app was estimated to being done by 3:25. After waiting half an hour later we're waiting watching to see if the worker took our order and not once did she consider it so we go in to inquire. She says she has to attend everyone else who's in line and then she'll get to us but as I'm going back to my car another customer walks in. She takes his order after finishing up with her previous one completely disregarding our order yet again. I went back in and asked yet again about my order and how it was late and she hadn't even considered making it. Annoyed, she finishes up with the customer she has and then attends me and at that point another employee clocks in and she smugly looked at me and said "would you like to speak to my manager?" and I knew by that point it'd be useless. Absolutely do not recommend they will not take your order seriously if you order food online unless you physically walk in and not only that she was petty enough to put a thin layer of steak that didn't even completely cover the bread. Overall this place had horrible service towards the customers and even in their food go to literally any other subway or fast food restaurant because this place is awful. I finally got my food after 45 minutes (3:00-3:45) after having ordered and god knows how much longer it would've been because there were even more customers she would've attended to before me had I not walked in!Another thing that bothered me was that neither the manager or the employee offered an apology for all the trouble that I went through for a simple order.

My daughter and I enjoyed our sandwiches!! It had several orders ahead of us and there was only one worker. I didn't mind waiting because she was alone and some orders had 2 or 3 sandwiches she had to make. She did a great job getting us served ??? and was still friendly. The area was clean and a few customers did eat inside.

Lately the service is slow and they have items missing. Today they didn't have ice and only one person was behind the counter at noon. I hope they get back to how they used to be.

The employees there were VERY nice and efficient.
