to whom it may concern,I recently visited my local subway in the experience was absolutely horrific. The moment that I walked in the store, I was not greeted. The woman behind the counter, looked at me and then went back to making her sandwiches. I Patiently waited until she completed the order. Once she was done, I asked her if she had received my receipt for the order I placed online. She looked at me and asked my name to which I gave her the name of the order, and she quickly replied, not yet and went back to making the sandwiches. After the first sandwich she made I seen that she may have been making mine so I asked her if that was my sandwich and she stated yes. I went back to doing what I was previously doing, and when I looked back up from my phone, she had already completed the sandwich. I asked her if she read the instructions at the top of the receipt that stated I wanted it lightly toasted , she said this is the way she made it. “I can’t remake it.” She went want to say, when we see you walk through the door my supervisor knows that no one wants to help you. There has been a difficulty with explaining the order experiences with the same location, because the other counter person does not speak English. that is not my fault .I have tried to reach out to Sharon Rodriguez, management over this particular store, however she has not returned my phone calls. I will not be returning to any Subway restaurant because of the experience I had with this location, which is unfortunate because the food is good.

Do not place an online order here. Ordered and paid for subs, when I arrived the Mexican lady asked did I really want them! Of course I wanted the food that I had already paid for! So I sat and waited for them to make my subs them was told 2 of them could not be made because they were out of turkey. Will not be back!

Pros: Clean store when entering. Promptly greeted and helped. Cons: paid 15 dollars for a sub combo that didnt have the bread i wanted (italian herb and cheese) only had white and wheat, didnt have the sauce that the sandwhich was suppose to come with (mvp vinaigrette), had only a couple flavors of chips to choose from, and only had unsweet tea and no sweet tea. This was at 11am. Most issues are easily fixed that i came across but only if they are willing to fix them.

Your normal everyday Subway, in my opinion overpriced and there's better alternatives if your in the mood for a chain sandwich.

I order online two sandwiches.. also paid online. Upon arrival I was told there was no steak. So I paid online for a sandwich I did not pay for. Got another sandwich instead. Got home and both sandwiches were still made wrong!! Girlfriend will not eat because of it and I again have to leave to grab something else for her.

Do not get your food delivered from this Subway! They close early and mess up your food. I had 3 sandwiches delivered last night. Mine was completely wrong. I called as soon as they delivered it. No one answered. I drove to the place because that was my dinner and the store closed early. I called today so I can get a refund and was told the store mgr is out till Monday!

Went there 5/29/2022 and the hispanic lady would not take my order. She told me she was working on other online orders. I was the only customer in the store. I just left without any argument. Not worth my time or energy.Poor customer service. Worst Subway experience ever!
