Horrible customer service. Short Hispanic woman with short hair ignores you every time even when you say hello she won’t respond doesn’t make eye contact. You’re standing there waiting even though she’s not helping anyone. After several minutes she mumbled give me a minute. Took almost ten minutes to get one sandwich and I was the only customer.

Horrible HORRIBLE service!!You can’t get extra mayo, you can’t get extra tomatoes or anything extra… even if you want to pay extra. It’s only a problem in the mornings. To make matters worse, this person wanted to put old tomatoes and old spinach on my sandwich. Won’t be coming back to the subway!!! This Subway needs new management Or a new franchise owner!!!!

Only 1 person working at 5pm. He doesn't seem motivated or well trained. Only 5 customers but I've been waiting 15-20 just to place my order. There should always be a minimum of 2 people working at all times.Parking: Can get crowded fast.

Waited 30 minutes in store for a Togo order .. they just kept taking new orders from people in line. I put the order in 15 minutes before I showed up.

Once again this location has made me an unsatisfied customer. First time I ordered Curbside- Order was ready and I sat in my vehicle for 10 mins, while customers were still walking in the store and getting their orders. I finally decided to get down and still waiting 2 mins to be acknowledged and receive my order.Today, I ordered online (not curbside) I received notification that my order was ready. I arrive to the store get down, wait to be acknowledged only to be told there was no multigrain bread. A phone call would have been nice to let me know instead of waiting till I arrived for my "Ready Pick Up Order"The employees continue to make other orders before mine. I am disappointed that this is the only location near my job to order from and the unprofessionalism from the employees to not acknowledge customers at all.

I used to eat subway once a day every day. However the older woman that works here has dissuaded me from that. I believe her name is Luz. She’s incomprehensibly rude. Don’t ever order online, she will most definitely make your sandwich wrong, if you dare ask her to correct said problem, she is rude and dismissive. How subway still employs this woman, is beyond me. I can pay $9 for a sandwich elsewhere. One day she called and told me my order was cancelled because they don’t have meatballs. The next day when I called to inquire if they have meatballs, she had the audacity to laugh and scoff at me “of course we ALWAYS have meatballs” when I said “you didn’t have them yesterday, that’s why I am calling to ask” she VERY rudely replied “WELL TODAY WE DO” and HUNG UP ON ME. Like I said, I can buy a $9 elsewhere.

This location is very racist!! I asked this woman to please not put my veggie sandwiches in the oven with the persons order next to me who I do Not know!! She put his ham and bacon sandwich in the same oven with our veggies sandwiches the pork was touching our food when I made it very clear for religious reasons I can NOT have a pork sandwich touching my food. She said that she didn’t care and if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else that she will not accommodate or respect my request to keep my veggie food not touching the customer next to me pork sandwhich. She said word for word we are not Muslim friendly and you can go somewhere that is. If someone had an allergy is that how you would treat them too? Wild.

Because of their new policy you have to be prepared to show your order number to collect your food. Many people will pick up food that their spouse/friend has ordered. This policy is a waste of time and ultimately inconvenient for the customers. Especially when I ask about it and they rudely point at the sign as if I can’t read. Idk why I expect anything else from subway. Every other restaurant can do pick up orders without this. If it makes your customers visibly flustered it’s probably not worth doing. Poor guy working there obviously felt ridiculous to have to insist that I go out to my car to get my phone. Then the manager was so rude about it. I simply asked if it was just this store and she pointed at the sign on the wall. That is NOT how you win people over.

Hate leaving bad reviews but today what this black male did was unacceptable. No I'm not raciest but he would not give me his name so that's the best way I can describe him . Any who while making my sandwich he did have gloves on but he started scratching the inside of his ear with the glove , then whipped his nose on his shirt . Like that's the whole point of gloves to keep the food your touching w no germs or bacteria now the sandwich has all your ear crust on it , yuckkk ! That is disgusting!!!! Never again

I tried to pick up my sandwiches from my app order and they said they didn't have any meat. So I requested politely that they cancel the order since there was no way to cancel it on the app. The guy behind the register called his manager Luz Gonzalez and she said they would not give me my money back and threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave without my sandwiches or money. She was yelling at me over the phone while I was polite and never raised my voice. They said they weren't canceling my order and if I wanted my money back I should sue Subway. I am humiliated and hungry and am a victim of a rude and threatening woman. My freedom was threatened by this store because they made a mistake and didn't want to correct it. I can never trust them again and will tell whoever will listen to me.
