Worst service ever. Had a whole ordeal with them for an hour. Ordered two online orders and when I came to pick it up, the worker kept telling me I only had one order and refused to check the computer for the other one. After debating with them, the manager came out, checked their computer and found that I did indeed have two orders, yet still gave me an attitude and was slow to start making the second order.

What happened to Subway?? It used to be cheap, fast, and tasty. This subway is none of those. Unfortunately this is the closest Subway to my house. Not the employees fault, they work hard every time I’m in there. But there’s only ever 1 person making sandwiches, no matter how busy or the time of day. You know the kids in High School that used to drink the isopropyl alcohol in chemistry class or stick paperclips into electric sockets, I’m pretty sure they all just manage this subway now.

I went in today to trade some stale chocolate chip cookies and the lady gave a look as if she was annoyed that I was returning them. It was a hassle just trying to get fresh cookies. She eventually called someone on the phone and advised them of what I wanted to do. Whomever was on the phone must of said something because she laughed. I also wanted to order a sandwich. The lady that was fixing my sandwich was taking her time, kept walking to the back to grab items that should have been in the front. I advised her when I first got there I was on my 30 minute lunch break, she did not care. She continued to move slow. There were no other guest. I asked her why is she moving so slow and thats when it went to hell.. I've worked at subway years ago and I definitely was not that slow. The lady was very argumentative to the point we were going back and forth, then I was refused service. I would not recommend this place. Go to another subway were you are treated fairly and with kindness.

This location is horrible. I placed an order online and one of the employees called me from her cell phone and told they were out of Italian bread and it wouldn't be ready for n hour. WHAT?! You're an sandwich shop...how do you run out of bread??? I said to make it on wheat and figured that would be it. I get my order picked only to drive all the way home to realize that my tuna sandwich was incorrect with ingredients missing and was toasted. WHO EATS HOT TUNA?I tried to call the store with the number i found online and it's disconnected (how you have a national franchise without a telephone is completely beyond me) I then sent a message from the number that the employee initially called me on and she asked for my name and then ghosted me and didnt return my messages.I tried to contact Corporate but they refer you to the website that requires a store number to leave feedback which is not available on the receipt so, they're of no use. Needless to say, I'm never going here again. I'm going up there tomorrow.

DO NOT ORDER PICKUP FROM THIS LOCATION. It does not matter if you remove certain ingredients, they will still add them. I had to go back to say something because they do not have a phone. All restaurants should have a working phone. The first woman rolled her eyes at me and turned her back and asked her co worker to come deal with me. The least I can say is the young girl remade my sandwich.

Now I know the cold cut trio is a three meat sandwich three different types of meat why was all my meat really brown and was very light on my sauce but the cookies was hot and fresh.

I waited 25 minutes, when one employee took all the time attending a client that he was hitting on and the other one completely move slow working on online orders. None of them directed a word to me. Literally no one else on the store except for me and the other client on which the employee was hitting on. Horrible service, it's the closes one to my house but I'm not going ever there again.

went to this subway with my hispanic family after going out, there was only one worker and a pretty long line, we happily waited, the worker then refused to serve us because we were six people but happily served the white couple although they were disrespectful toward her.
