The lady who helped me was extremely nice, I was a little skeptical to go because of all the bad reviews But I'm glad I went. Whatever staff they had before isn't the same people that they have now. So I'm happy that the nearest subway to me is clean, friendly and provide great service.

The morning Friday , the female staff was not attentive when I order. She did wrong my orders caused two bowls of salad to cost $30. This was the worst lunch ever.

This is usually my go to Subway on the way home from the gym or just to grab a quick sandwhich for lunch. Unfortunately, as someone else mentioned the language barrier with the employees has become a bit much. I was polite and I told the young lady I wanted the #11 subway club, I even pointed to the item on the menu and had to repeat myself atleast 4 times as she clearly didnt understand what I was saying. That still didnt compute with the employee. One of the other workers finally came over and explained to her what I wanted. The service only went downhill from there with the language barrier. To top it off, at the end she rudely put my sandwhich on the counter and walked off to began making someone else's sandwhich without ringing me up! I was over it at that point! The young black man there is nice and always makes my sandwhich perfectly. I tried to give them a chance multiple times but this will be my LAST TIME here! Pack plenty of patience when coming here and maybe bring a translator, you will need it!

I have no idea why some of these folks act like you’re not paying them for the teriyaki meat! They act like they’re making a scoop of your teriyaki chicken yet they fill the spoon halfway and quickly spread it on the bread- shortchanging you. Twice I’ve had to go “You know what, just give me the regular chicken”. Most stores do it, so it’s systemic.

Just came in, only customer there and was told by two employees that i had to wait till they started and finished an online order before they could help me. They laughed when i asked them if it took two of them to do an online and when I told them i would contact their managers they just shrugged me off like I was nothing. It is unbelievable that these two employees lack common sense and have poor decision making skills. It does not take two people to work a five item order when you have a customer inside the store.

This subway has always been a let down, the employees unfortunately don’t understand a bit of English….I’ve been charged extra for items that already come on the sub I’m ordering, had to literally smack the glass to get them to stop them adding things I’m not requesting. It’s just overall stressful and poor service. Will not be returning, gave it 3 tries. The language barrier and experience level is just not functional.

Please don't go here. I understand subway isnt a JerseyMikes or any of the other quality commercial sandwich places so you pay for what you buy. But at least try a little. I ordered an oven roasted turkey with cheese. The guy serving me proceeds to put enough slices to cover the bread. So in a foot long, thats probably about 6-8slices if your really trying to just cover one side. Then when he puts the spinach, tomatoes, and onions on, it barely covers up any of the bread. Its like he was just checking boxes so he could say he followed up on the order. So the end product is 80% bread and 20% filling. Not expecting they would do anything about this. Just warning others.
