I ordered a pair of Ray-Bans online to be delivered at this location but it was a huge mistake. The cashier was not helpful and she was extremely unpleasant. When I made it home I realized she only gave me part of my order so I will have to make two trips to pick up my items. It was also concerning that doors were locked 10 minutes before closing and that the rest of the staff seemed equally as unpleasant as the cashier. If you care about customer service do not visit this location.

Stopped by the store and asked what sunglasses are available for men with the intention of getting a gift card/returning with my brother for a Christmas gift - in the past I hadn’t seen many options for guys and wanted to double check the range of styles. The sales associate seemed annoyed and told me that the men’s styles “were everywhere” and that I should “just come back because sunglasses are a personal choice and he’ll probably just exchange them.” I understand having a long day, maybe a long week, and wanting to finish your shift without interruption, but I came to the store 40min before closing and her reaction when I explained my purpose was rude. I’ll buy sunglasses elsewhere.

Amazing experience. Broke my glasses. They were not in system due to oversight from another store in another state. Jacqueline in the store helped me call that other store and talked their sales rep through finding my receipt. She spent so much time on this and it was greatly appreciated. She is a model for amazing customer service!!!

The people that work here are very attentive to their customers. I can see how their tactics can be a little off-putting to others as they hardly leave you alone to shop around the store. I don’t know if they make commissions on the sales or what but the way it felt is that they won’t take no for an answer. So it’s a great thing if you fully intend on walking out with a pair, not so great if you’re just window shopping or curious. I ended up getting a pair or Costas and I love them. They have an insurance plan for $20 where if anything happens to your sunglasses like any wear and tear/ damage happens to your glasses you can pay a $40 copay and get a brand new pair of the exact pair you got. Or get another pair and pay the difference if they’re worth more. It lasts 13 months.

Was just at this store today and the lady that helped me was rude and lacked professionalism. She easily got frustrated at basic questions such as "Are these for men or women?" and she kept reminding me that they're closed even though I got there at 4:45pm. I ended up buying a pair of sunglasses but I won't be coming back to this store again because of that unpleasant experience. I guess she thought I was there just to look and not purchase anything, or at least that's how she made me feel.

I showed up at 2:20 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. The door was locked and I waited for ten minutes and no one showed up. If the hours say it’s open it should be open.

As usual, Sunglass Hut was inviting, beautiful and quite stocked. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Definitely will be returning soon.

I went to the Rice Village location a couple of months ago to have my plastic shades adjusted and molded with heat. The staff member that day seemed like it was a bother and reluctantly adjusted them twice but they still didn’t fit. I gave up and left.The other day I stopped by to try again. My experience was like night and day. The salesman, Timothy, was enthusiastic and seemed happy to help. Even though he was still in the process of learning to mold plastic shades, Timothy ended up being an expert. He didn’t give up and he didn’t let me leave until they fit perfectly.Thanks Timothy! Now I can wear my shades!

I just came to buy some new oakley frogs and the two women that work there were just leaving at that moment and stated they will take a 15 min break. I came back 30 min later and they were back but refused to open stating that they needed 30 more minutes because they have been so “busy” and needed to have lunch. This is at 4:56pm on Wednesday. I hope the owner can read this post because he is loosing money for having staff not willing to work. If you are really wanting to make the business productive and you have a customer at your door looking to buy new sunglasses ?️ any smart person will just take care of him and then you take your break. Is literally nobody else coming to this store. Awful

Loved the customer service. One guy who helped me today was extremely friendly and smart. I didn’t have the receipt to my protection plan anymore (and a different store I went to couldn’t find my in the system) but I knew I bought my sunglasses at the Rice Village location on July 2 of last year and he was able to find my transaction and reprinted my receipt and honored the protection plan.

Worst customer service ever. The female sales accosiate there is loud, obnoxious, and uneducated. She kept talking over her customers. I went in with a general question about sunglasses, maybe I wasn't in my fancy clothes, she said something in the effect of "oh, if you bought replicas from Amazon..." In addition to not being able to provide any answer, she kept reciting company marketing slogans. Super annoying. Definitely will not go back or recommend this place to anybody.

Place says it opens at 10 so I drove 30 min just for them to tell me "We are having meeting we actually open at 12" that's crazy
