Needed a professional cut for a STEM competition coming up. Mary did an excellent job, and at 27 years experience, she is all you need!

I never received my free cut and today when I paid for my service it is saying 2 of 9 and I was at 8 of 9 2 hair cuts ago so what do I do about my free hair cut?
Hair type: I am a African American and I had my hair cut down to a number 1 and everything was nice.
