Have had two great cuts here- Gina was great and Yosiah (sp?) was phenomenal! He listened to what I wanted and made it work beautifully with my fine hair. One of my best cuts in a while and I was going to an expensive salon prior. He was incredible and gave a fantastic scalp massage

Terrible experience. One side of my hair was longer than the other, they cut it way too short, repeated questions, and got way too close and personal. Do not ever go here. I have never regretted something so much

I had a 3PM appointment for my daughter today. The appointment was scheduled via the Supercuts app. We signed in at 2:55PM at the tablet near the register. At 3:40PM we still had not been seen. Another person walks in, sits for 5min and is welcomed back to get his haircut, leaving my daughter and I still sitting there... For almost an hour. We will not be back.

I went in at noon time to get a haircut and checked in at the keosk, inputting my phone number and time in. There was two people ahead of me when I came in - a mother with her son and one gentleman. There were 5 - 6 stylists, so waited 30 minutes before the mother and her son were called next. That left me and the other gentleman who was before me. About 15 minutes passed and another gentleman walked in for a haircut. Shortly thereafter, the gentleman who was there before me was called next for his haircut. There was another roughly 12 minutes and another gentleman came in and sat down (and he had been sitting in his car for ten of those). I had been there for over an hour now and when another stylists finished she went up to the computer, looked at it, looked up several times - confused - walked back to another stylists back and forth rechecking the computer. Then she asked me if I had checked in and I told her yes, I had checked in at their keosk and it sent me a text message. She walked away again. Then she came back and asked the last gentleman who had walked in and called him next!! I said, ma'am, I came in before these two gentleman and had been waiting since the other gentleman who was there before me. She said the last gentleman had had an appointment, and then they proceeded to call the other gentleman who had come in after me!! I walked out. Its upsetting that someone will drive up to the store and make an appointment online within a ten minute time span and they will serve that person first, despite someone who had checked in and waited for an over an hour to get a haircut before them. Or that someone will make an appointment just ten to fifteen minutes before, drive up, and the same thing happens. What happen to common courtesy and respecting customers in a line? I understand if appointments were made the day prior or an hour or more before the time allotted, but not so close as this, especially when you check in before them. Make me wait for almost two hours? Poor customer care. I'm never going back there again. They just lost me as a customer after I had been a regular for one year - and I always give $10 to $15 tips!

Went to the FM 1960/Eldridge location for the 1st time and Rosie really took her time and made my new hair cut turn out FANTABULOUS-O!!! I have gotten nothing but compliments. Thank you Rosie!!

My nephew has super dense curly hair and he couldn't tell you the last time he combed or brushed his hair. The stylist Yahzayah was very patient and courteous, brushing out the hair which took longer than the hair cut. He has amazing attention to detail, and with no direction from my nephew he transformed my nephew's hair and facial hair to look like a gentleman. Yahzayah set a new standard for what my nephew will ask for when he gets his hair cut.

I needed a haircut and needed it now. I walked in, did not wait, and got a great cut at a good price. The stylist was professional,friendly and he knows how to cut hair to meet your needs.

What’s the sense of having an online check and if they don’t use it. Booked an appointment 10 minutes out. Got there and there was a 30 minute wait. This happened multiple times.

not impress with the lady who did mine hair i kept asking for thin ner because my hair grows fast. and thick. now no matter how i style it many different ways it pokes up in some places and flat in others. i am so imparressed w this cut i have to wear a hat.i was told yall dont do eye browse but its on the list. i been to many super cuts but this was my 1st time at this location ilike they say u live and learnService: Haircut
