I had an order pick up and Brian helped me the entire time. He was kind and also helped with my watch being adjusted — next time i’m back in I will be looking for Brian, thanks again!

The moment I came in the store I asked the worker for a specific ring and she walked off I was assuming she went to go get it so I started looking around the store thinking she would be back with the ring. I was standing there for awhile and she started helping other customer's giving them top notch service while I was being blatantly ignored. Then she came up to me asking if I needed help… I said I still wanted the ring that I asked for when I first came in she said she needed to know exactly what style I wanted (she asked no follow up questions when I asked her for it just walked off). Overall the whole time I was in there the staff was acting extremely rude, dismissive, and annoyed.

The workers from 5/27 seemed annoyed, did not listen to me and were nasty with me. I came to the shop to exchange a braclet that they did not have in stock but said they had one from the same collection but different color. I told the worker I did not want it because it did not match the rest of my set. When they looked up the purchase history they tried exchanging it for the braclet I had already said I didn’t want. When I reiterated that i did not want it they replied in a rude tone “then what do you want”. When I found one I wanted, they refused to give me a receipt because the receipt I showed them was an online one. I have a braclet I like now, but no way to have the warranty that should come with it. I have been to other Swarovski stores and never had these issues.

DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to be ignored. There were two assistants the night I went and one was busy with a customer and the one that was available was very dismissive and looked like she was in a bad mood. she was standing at the counter and avoided me and offered no help as I was trying to purchase a bracelet as a gift to a friend. I had to go to her and asked to purchase a bracelet and even then was very dismissive and was not facing me when I had questions. I asked if there was a size large for the bracelet I wanted and she said that the bracelet did not specify what size it was and that there was no large available. I went ahead with the purchase but decided to go to the swarovski store at memorial mall and the sales rep was very sweet and answered all my questions and let me know that the bracelets did come in different sizes and apologized for my bad experience and offered an exchange.

Workers wouldn’t help me at all and just looked mad the whole time. I was going to purchase a necklace but never once got helped. I noticed a lady who looked like she had money got helped immediately the moment she walked in. But of course I didn’t because how I looked didn’t appeal to them. Will never shop here again.

On Sunday, November 9th, I visited Swarovski at the Galleria in search of friendship bracelets and instantly fell in love with the Mixed Cut Mesmera Cuff. The associates who assisted me that day, including the manager, were absolutely delightful—kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Their care made me excited to begin a tradition of purchasing friendship anniversary gifts from Swarovski. I was assured that if the cuff didn’t fit, resizing or exchanging it would be an option, which added to my confidence in my purchase.
However, when I returned on Friday, November 15th, at approximately 2:35 PM, my experience drastically shifted. I was greeted by a staff member—a white woman in her late 20s to 30s with blonde and highlighted hairs, a ponytail, and a dual-heart necklace. I explained that the cuff didn’t fit properly, pinched my wrist, and left marks. I also noted that I had my receipt and the box but had left the outer packaging at home. I simply wanted to exchange the cuff for a larger size.
Her response was curt and dismissive. Without thoroughly assessing the issue, she stated, “That bracelet is worn and cannot be exchanged. It’s policy.” I calmly reiterated the problem, showing her the fit and the marks on my wrist. Eventually, she agreed to check for a larger size but seemed reluctant throughout the interaction. She searched briefly and informed me that the bracelet wasn’t available in a larger size. She then stated, “let me see if the outlets had anything available - sorry, they don’t have the mediums available.” When I clarified that I was seeking a large, not medium, she brushed it off, saying, “Oh yeah, I meant large.” Her attitude felt dismissive, and I left the store feeling unsettled.
Not wanting to give up, I did my own research and discovered that the larger size appeared to be available in-store. I returned 30 minutes later and was assisted by a gentleman with medium length black curly hair, about 6’1”. He was courteous and explained that while the bracelet showed as available online, it was stored in a warehouse and could only be shipped to the store through an online order. He offered that he would communicate with the manager tomorrow regarding exchanges. This level of clarity and professionalism was what I had expected earlier, and it highlighted how poorly my initial concerns were handled.
After reflecting on the situation with friends and colleagues, I concluded that the initial interaction lacked the empathy I’ve come to associate with Swarovski. Heartbroken by the experience, my friends and I decided to return all the bracelets. On November 16th, my friend visited the store and was assisted by the manager, who was kind and accommodating. She shared her positive experience with me, and I followed up with the manager directly to provide my feedback. With the situation documented, I have escalated it to corporate.
This experience was deeply disappointing, particularly because Swarovski has been a cherished part of my family’s shopping tradition for over a decade. We’ve always valued the sentimentality and beauty of the pieces we’ve collected. While this incident has left a bitter taste, I want to emphasize that it does not reflect the entirety of Swarovski as a brand. I still admire their craftsmanship and the thoughtful service I’ve received at other locations.
I will miss the warm associates who first helped me at Swarovski Galleria. Moving forward, I’ll be shopping at other Swarovski locations, whether locally or internationally. This review is not intended to deter others but to highlight the importance of consistent customer care—something I hope Swarovski continues to uphold.

As a dedicated patron of Samosky, I was thrilled to witness the grand reopening of this beloved store following the challenging times of the pandemic. The newly renovated space is nothing short of breathtaking, with its sleek and modern design elements that exude sophistication from every angle. What struck me most upon stepping through the doors was the meticulous attention to detail in the store's aesthetic. The incorporation of fencer design elements throughout the space adds a unique and stylish touch, elevating the ambiance to new heights. Having visited the flagship store in New York, I was delighted to see the local branch adopt a similar vibe, infusing it with a sense of class and elegance that is truly unmatched. While the overall atmosphere of Samosky remains as refined as ever, I couldn't help but notice the exciting updates to the jewelry section. The earrings, in particular, have undergone a vibrant transformation, with a plethora of trendy and colorful designs now adorning the display cases. This infusion of contemporary flair breathes new life into the collection, offering something for every taste and style preference.Of course, with these enhancements comes a slight increase in price point, but I firmly believe that the quality and craftsmanship of Samosky's offerings more than justify the investment. Moreover, the introduction of new collections, such as the Sorrowski figurines inspired by iconic franchises like Star Wars and Tom and Jerry, further adds to the store's allure. These charming additions are sure to delight fans of all ages, making Samosky a destination not just for fashion enthusiasts, but for pop culture aficionados as well.In summary, my experience at Samosky was nothing short of exceptional. From its brilliant design to its wonderful collections, every visit is a delightful journey of discovery. Whether you're searching for a timeless accessory or a unique collectible, Samosky never fails to impress. As a regular visitor to the Galleria, I can confidently say that Samosky remains my favorite store, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.
