I visited Swiss Garage to resolve a check engine light on my 2017 BMW. Mr. Mike was very transparent and provided great customer service. I particularly enjoyed how he thoroughly explained the issues of my car. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone for their anything car-related.

I cannot say enough positive about Swiss Garage and its owner Mike Grivon and his staff. Earlier in the week, I accidentally hit a pillar while I was backing out. It caught my bumper, and I thought I had cleared it so kept backing out and it almost completely tore my bumper off. I tried wedging it back on enough and drove to Swiss Garage to see if they could duct tape it or tie it back on, Any kind of temporary fix so I could keep on schedule with all I had to do..
I dropped in on Mike, and he immediately went to look at it, put it on blocks, and in 20 minutes, had bolted my bumper back on and buffed out the horrible and deep scratches. I was in shock, that my car was in perfect shape, and couldn’t believe they had done the repair so quickly and perfectly. It was a VERY minimal charge, AND I WAS AND STILL AM SO ETERNALLY GRATEFUL.
This morning, I had two small issues (hood latch not engaging and stuck and locked hatchback) and drove in first thing in the morning to see if they could take a quick look. Jeremiah was there, and was able to resolve both very minor issues in a matter of a minute. He was so kind and helpful, and again they saved the day. This is an honest quality garage, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his team. They are technically proficient, good communicators and extremely honest and straightforward. They worked with me on a difficult problem and stayed with it until it was solved.
I really don't know why anyone would go to a dealership service operation over these guys unless you like putting your $$ in a shredder.

Mike and George have always been helpful and fair. They don't overcharge and always let you know what the cost of repairs are prior to the work being done so there are no surprises. They've always done great work, and I trust them with my Porsche C4S. Nothing to worry about when leaving your car with Swiss Garage.

How can I count the ways for how FANTASTIC Mike and his team are at Swiss Garage. We have two cars, a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Porsche Macan that we trust Mike to take care of. He is an incredibly honest and professional person who takes his great work very seriously. His team of mechanics are expert and lovely, Nick and Jeremiah are our go tos. Took my BMW here a couple months ago to fix a costly issue with the power steering system. Only a couple months later, the same issue came back, and another mechanic said the power steering O-Rings had been improperly sealed. Otherwise, service was fast and straightforward.
Edit: I was able to work out a solution with Mike's help. They were very helpful and straightforward, and would be glad to work with them again.
