Went there today with a simple request regarding my business internet. There were 5 people working and 0 customers. All staff members were busy using their phones. I tried telling them my concern and they said “cant be done” even before I could finish. Staff members had their friends at the store and were busy playing mobile games with them.

I came today to ask about deals and plans. The guy talked to me today (11/14) acted very unprofessional and had bad attitude. He was eating while talking to us and did not care or pay attention to our questions. Bad customer service.

This place is filled with racists working there where I lives nearby. This store is my first worse store I ever gone to. And it’s foolish for me to feel uncomfortable going there and now I am looking for new location to attend where I can feel comfortable. Not great place for anyone who have issues with their phones or else. Thats why I gave this place one star but should be no star at all. Shame!

Wednesday afternoon around 330 pm March 1,2023. This must have been one of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Mr Tony and Ms Vy and 2-3 more employees left us to sit for 30-40 minutes without informing us or taking customers names as they entered the business. We were told not to stand on rug without any explanations as to why and to enter/ exit the store from different door. After 30-40 minutes we walked up after other customers left and only to be told they could not help us because they don’t have “T-Mobile “ machines to convert us from sprint to T-Mobile and to go to another store on Highway 6 and Bellaire . This store seems to be severely under-trained and no one seems to be care about customer service . We then proceeded to go to the other store on Bellaire and highway 6 and had a completely different experience. The assistant store manager Stanley and Mr Carlos as well all staff were courteous, took all customers names and acknowledged us as soon as we came into store . They moved the lines quickly and proceeded to inform us that the other store on Bellaire and boon was franchised by T-Mobile Franchised owner . Regardless, I thanked Mr Stanley and wanted to reach out to area service manager of franchises for T-Mobile of boone/ Bellaire location to let them know how displeased I was of their service team compared to the T-Mobile corporate team we’ve encountered at Bellaire and Highway 6. I want to inform area franchise manager of T-Mobile of the rudeness , uncaring , and unprofessional attitudes of all employees of the boone/ Bellaire store. I rarely do reviews online maybe only 4-5 in my lifetime, but felt the need to reach out to write this one since it was so bad. Hope this gets to right avenue since I almost felt like switching service provider due to this experience not knowing this location was franchised. Thanks to the other corporate location, I was so impressed with their store and how it was ran and managed . Thanks for reading . I will not ever stop at this store again. We have been long time sprint customers and they are making me want to switch carriers. Even when T-Mobile took over sprint, service is normally good. Joel and the manager were of no assistance .

Came in knowing exactly what I wanted. Just a new phone. I was going to buy the case elsewhere or online the guy at the store said he'll "take care of me don't worry about it" walked out with the phone, a monthly $9-10 charge for phone insurance I didn't want or ask for and was charged $20 for the phone case (nothing's free figured the dude was doing some suspicious anyway). Like all my other in store TMobile experiences. Dirty sales tactics they pretend they want to help you but get you to sign up or in my case not the first time THEY sign you up unwillingly on their own for services you don't want or need. Tired of TMobile employees haven't had a decent experience in the last couple of years in store except for making bill payments which is hard to mess up on so yeah. Wouldn't go to ANY TMobile stores in the Alief area unless you absolutely have to. Do everything online if you can. If it wasn't for customer service support I would've left TMobile years back.

This place scammed me. They charged me for extra phone accesories without my consent. Also claimed their printer was down for as an excuse of why I couldn’t get my receipt. I will file a complaint to the T-Mobile Departmant. Henry the manager refused for assistance, and gave bad customer service. Do not go to this store if you want a migrane! I regret not reading the bad reviews beforehand. We all faced the same issue :(

Worst Tmobile store period. Would not let us return or phone even though its within 14 days. Added items to my plan without telling us. Do not go here.

Deceptive practices! Add on features and products without your consent. Has excuses prepared to not give you physical receipt so you can’t see the things added or changed to your bill. “You have to get this add on in order to get xyz” tactic. Already reported to T-Mobile and bureau.
