Was told on the phone that I could place an order in store easily. Not so easy if the employees aren’t willing. I walk in, and am the only customer. The 3 employees sitting there tell me to order online claiming it’s “much easier” than them doing it in store. I tell them I am not the primary account holder and ask if I’ll still be able to order an item they just quickly say yes (probably rushing me to leave lol). I go online, it says to order I must check in with the primary account holder. Avoiding this store from now on.

Best customer service. I really recommend you coming with Tianna she's the best doing her job. Definitely recommending my family to change to tmobile.

I had filed a claim - a warranty exchange for my phone, the employee said to expect email updates about when the phone will be ready to be picked up at the store. I received an update about its shipping and when it was ready to be picked up, two days later I went to pick up my phone since I'd received the email that it was delivered! The employee said because it's a Saturday, the mail carrier doesn't deliver the packages, trying to explain with all kinds of excuses; when the phone had supposedly been delivered two days ago,guaranteed it would be here by Monday. I left and waited until Monday, and called Tuesday verifying that the device was still there and that I would be picking it up on Wednesday, they said that it was fine. The next day later in the afternoon, I went to the store and explained that I was there to pick up my device, etc - they looked at their packages and started to explain that they didn't have it, I explained the situation and confirmed by calling the day before to verify that they still had my device - apparently the device had been shipped back when nobody had picked it up in two days! when they give you a week to pick it any devices. The manager explained and proceeded to laugh in my face about the situation when I had been waiting to pick up my device since last week. No communication between employees, very unprofessional, don't waste your time coming to this location.

Dee is amazing she helped me out so fast, literally came in at 10:05 and was out at 10:08, she fixed my phone and everything. Definitely coming back to this location.

The service with Dee Smith was excellent! Only took 20 mins to get the phone fixed while other T-Mobile place took 5 hours! Happy customer here!

They are great! I went there on the 29 of June and was gonna return a phone that I was having a problem get on because over the phone my order didn’t get my phone and the sims cards that was suppose to came with my phone was a problem! So I went in the store that day! So instead they helped me get the phone with waving the activation fee and I’m so grateful for them her and the guy that day did their thing! It was around 7 something in the evening when I went! I would say if you with T-Mobile and have a problem that you try resolve over the phone go in store! It’s way better! Y’all be blessed

I was just driving by and needed to stop at a T mobile store and so glad my GPS took me here! Very good customer service and I got all my questions answered. Big shout out to the Store Manager Assad! He was not only very professional but very kind and caring, like he made me feel as a valued customer which is rare nowadays. I will probably only come to this store from now and on!!

Great customer service. Tina and her partner (I forget his name, young Latino guy) went above and beyond to help me get the new phone I desperately needed. My old Motorola had a cracked screen and was going crazy in and out of apps without me touching the phone. The guy explained this was happening because since the screen was cracked moisture and air could trigger the phone to think it was receiving inputs.I had already set my sights on the Pixel 7a, it was not available, but already knew the Pixel 7 would be a good option as well so I took that. Tina was incredible. Very patient throughout the process. They both explained the free Google watch deal that came with the phone and how I would only need to pay the tax on the watch. Tina also gave me the option to have the watched shipped to my home, or to the store. I appreciated that option since I would not know if the watch would arrive at my door when I was not home, so I took the ship to store option. Tina also took the time to transfer my old apps to my new phone. Once everything was set up I went next door for some food and was able to stay connected to the wi fi and the transfer completed while I was eating at the restaurant.Both Tina and her partner acknowledged customers as they walked in the door and provided everyone there the same service I experienced. It's really cool I don't have to leave my neighborhood to go to a T Mobile because this location does a great job.

The staff is rude and only care about making their commission. If you need actual assistance please go to any other store available. If you need to pay a bill they can at least do that without making you feel like you’re asking them for too much. They make you feel like you’re forcing them to do their job and help you.

The young gentleman with the dreads, exhibited excellent customer service, he was able to multi-task and service me, another gentleman, another customer that come in, and he was able to answer the phone, while giving everyone his prompt attention.He was very respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with everyone. This was at the Ost/Scott location. He's to be commended... EXCELLENT job young man.
