There is always a line. No one seems to know where the line is or where it starts. Been there several times and ended up leaving. I waited for 45 minutes and then they realized I was there.

This location is the best! They ALWAYS take care of me, unlike the other locations, especially 249. Javier and Sarah was super nice and took care of me!!! They are very nice to customers, this is the best store!

Deceptive sales practices!!! If you choose this location, be aware that the sales people are not knowledgeable, deceptive to make a sell , and don't follow policies! Also, this store caters to the Hispanic demographic. All adverts are in Spanish and all of the workers are Hispanic. No diversity at this location at all!

The rep was insinuating that I was trying to return headphones that didn’t match serial numbers. I had just bought the AirPods for my wife the day before. Definitely should learn how to treat people.

Waited for more than an hr t-mobile said my dad one of the account holders but his name never showed up my name did but I didn't have my ID bit I have a debt card with my name on it plus I had my mom's ID but still they would wouldn't help us

I had went to T-Mobile to get a new phone and Karen told me that I was eligible for a update if I traded in my phone and I would get a Discount ( 350$) for the New IPhone 14.So in total it would be 500$ I would pay off.I went the next week to make a payment and they told me she had make a “mistake” and that Karen does not work there no more and all they can do move my 175$ down payment to the bill as a “discount”.So now it’s 880 dollars & it’s unprofessional and seems like a scam how they could get away with these mistakes from the public. How many times they made a “mistake”? They should own up to it. I really didn’t get the service I expected. We been with T-mobile 11 years and it’s just awful things like this could happen. Sad sad sad.

I was greeted at the door by a T-Mobile employee whom held the door open for me so I could maneuver my way inside with my wheelchair. I was asked my name, and what I needed. He politely said it would be about 5-10 minutes and told me to feel free to look around and he quickly opened up one of the new folding screen phones. Within 5 minutes Rios came to help set up my new phone. He was patient, diligent and explained the whole process. It took about an hour to get everything transferred over to my new phone. Before leaving, he explained my phone would continue to download throughout the day and I would need my passwords to reopen apps. Thank you Rios!
