I had a great experience here and awesome customer service with Madison Martinez. I had a lot of questions and she made sure that after answering my questions, I understood what she was saying. She was patient with me and very helpful. 10/10 recommend asking for Madison if you ever find yourself at this T-Mobil!

Love this store! Hasn’t disappointed! Always stocked up! And I’m an old school, I prefer to deal with the same person and I always go to Madison! Always in great spirits ready to assist, very knowledgeable! I highly recommend! Go pay her a visit!

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE! This store is not owned by corporate, but rather privately. Therefore, they operate under conditions that aren't always honest. I was made aware of this by another T-mobile store in the Heights. My experience here was traumatizing. An employee expressed I needed to Cashapp them directly to qualify for a deal. Also, they made me a business account versus a customer account to meet their quota. By having a business account, I didn't qualify for free netflix, triple aaa, and apple tv as promised. A bill that was supposed to be $230 turned into a $300 bill due to dishonesty and greed. Luckily, i called Tmobile customer service via phone and went to a corporately owed Tmobile location in the Heights and employees fixed my account. I want to emphasize this review is merely for this location, and not t-mobile as an entire entity. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! EMPLOYEES ARE FRAUDULENT! It's a scary world we live in and i feel so passionately about this that i wanted to share this!

Had such bad customer service. Abraham didn't care about helping me, but he did care when I wanted a new phone. Just wanted that commission sale. Please go to another location. Giving it 2 stars because other people were helpful.

I called to ask if they had a particular phone, the staff member told me he didn't like to discuss inventory over the phone and asked me to come in, just so he could tell me they did not have the phone. Very rude staff and horrible customer serviceWasted my time and gas, when a simple "no" over the phone would have been fine
