Amazing customer service ! I had a very complicated locked iPhone problem and Laura and Alex went out of their way to help me out. They were on the customer care with me for almost an hour. Tried everything they could to help me out. I highly recommend this store due to their exceptional customer service. Laura is amazing and very helpful. Alex is very knowledgeable

Let me just start off by saying if exceptional customer service was a face it would definitely have been Zee. To say she went above & beyond is an understatement. She work effortless & persistently to figure out a problem that Xfinity & other carriers couldn't solve.We initially thought the problem was fix after getting inside my car I notice the problem still exist. Zee was in the process of going to lunch & almost to her car when I stopped her. She came back in called i.t. & work relentlessly with them to solve the problem. After several hrs & persistent dedication she finally solved the problem. Although I was becoming frustrated Zee never waver in displaying exceptional customer service . It is a honor as well as a privilege to write this review because she deserve all the recognition & accolades for her actions in going above & beyond. Zee deserves employee of the month.

We left the store had been told “No” on trying to get some assistance with a phone that we bought with the insurance from this store.We watched three other customers be told “No” and leave. You know know who we’re getting all the “yes”? People buying new phone with new lines.TMobile, it’s ok to provide some customer service once in a while to those who pay for phones with insurance.

Really bad experience, every time i go in there to purchase a phone i get great service but once i need help with something that does not involved a purchase they could care less about customer service. Sales people with no customer service experience 12 years bring customer if Tmobile and I’ve never felt so disgusted with the service.

Went here to get a new phone and David was super helpful. He explained all the different phones and their features/capabilities. He helped me transfer my new number, select accessories, transfer data from my old phone and was absolutely respectful and patient as the process took a couple of hours. He even stayed late to continue helping me out.

watch out! when you make a contract!! I made my contract and the store manager put my coverage wrong, I had an accident and called to have my phone insurance covered and oh surprise my phone is not covered !! and now I have to be on the phone and wait 15 days for the insurance to cover me! same 15 days that I will not have a phone! My other option is to buy a prepaid phone, but since I am a client, the manager of this place did not want to sell me one because I am a client, what a stupidity, and now, due to her own mistake, I cannot have my insurance phone number and I cannot even pay for my phone, because I am going to buy cash. he wanted to sell me!!! a but to collect the bills if they are good.I think I have to change my phone company
