First off I’d like to say that my daughter’s iPhone finally went out after having it for 5 yrs.I’m sure it probably would’ve lasted longer had she not dropped it as much and maybe have taken better care of it lol. My daughter commutes to the other side of town so a new phone was priority for safety reasons. With that being said we stopped here at the location at 290/34th and met Cynthya. Let me just say we should’ve bought from her at that moment. Her customer service was stellar! She took the time to actually explain the deals and walk us through the upgrade process. Everything was great and I’m disappointed in myself for not just doing it then. Long story short. My wife, daughter and I went to eat at Red Robin and figured we could grab an iPhone at Bunkerhill or the Silber store. We called first and both locations said they had one in stock but when we showed up and I didn’t need anything extra (case, watch, insurance etc… ) or any extra lines it seems like they weren’t interested in our business. At least that’s the vibe I picked up from them. Lo and behold no iPhone 14 in stock they must’ve gotten sold earlier hmm. It even showed they had them in stock on the TMobile app smh. With just a lil under an hour before closing we shot back over to 290/34th.We called and explained to Cynthya what happened and she said I have the phone from early come on by. We showed up and she had my daughters new iPhone up and running and us out the door in less that 20 mins. That’s phenomenal! A big Thank You to her for making our day and really taking the time to follow through with the customer. These days it’s really hard to find customer service like this, my advice to the store manger is that they should hold and cherish an employee like her.We are very grateful that we met her and she even told my daughter that if she needs help transferring over her apps, photos, etc… to her new phone that she could comeback and she would help her!! Who does that!??! ?I’m not just writing this review I’m also gonna let T-Mobile know by sending them an email.Phenomenal!! Thank you, again Cynthya.

My bill keeps going up since they bought out Sprint. When I go incto talk to someone about it was told it's inflation and there's nothing they can do. Went to and other location said I need a phone that I was with Verizon. Got offered a plan that was half of what I'm already paying. No integrity.

So I travel a ton and I always seem to need something for my electronics. Stopped in here to get a new iPad and my dad needed to use the bathroom. Literally in mid purchase so not "stopping in to pee" and they refused to let him. Why? Because you know beggars and stuff come in to use the bathroom... seriously? They had my account pulled up and had just pulled my new iPad.... don't think we are beggars. After we said we are actually purchasing something the manager said it's because customs destroy it... funny how the story changed. We will take our business somewhere else.

worse store ever. go to a better location, one of the workers a gentelman name sam is extremely rude, and unhelpful. dont waste your time at the location go somewhere else! stay away from 34th location!

Went to this store trying to return my accessory item and return policy says "you can return or exchange device or accessory within 14 days of the purchase or lease date of the original device." I purchased the item on Oct 12 and 14 days is Oct 26 (today) and they gave me grief that you start counting the day of. ?♀️ Please re-learn your math (12+14=26). I had to go to a different store and they gladly gave me a refund.

Both the manager Mario and the associate Denia were EXTREMELY helpful I honestly didn’t think I was gonna be able to replace my lost phone and pay my phone bill but they were able to help we with both! I’m so grateful for their service and highly recommend they get a raise or some type of accommodation for helping me. Honestly loved their friendly attitudes and customer service. Denia was amazing! 100000/10 stars!! And Mario is the man!!! 10000/10 for him too.

Went in today with my parents because they’re old school and like to talk to someone in person.Immediately we told them we don’t want any other lines added to the account but that went in one ear and out the other.I suggest just being straight forward with that information rather than wasting everyone’s time trying to crunch numbers on something we don’t want/ need.I haven’t been in a carrier store in a while but so it’s a little annoying coming in and being treated like any other transaction.Anyways what prompted me to write the review was the sales rep adding a power adapter without asking if we needed one. Just seems shady and sh-ty thing to do.
