Around 9:45pm tonight pulled into the drive thru and ordered a meal , asked me if wanted any sauce and said Mild, when I checked the bag it was only 1 fire sauce, I would expect at least 2 or 3 packets of sauce of the one I asked , i came back and politely asked for 2 or 3 extras and the white lady who had helped me a minute ago ( Dylan I order 90ba27)proceeded to give me 2 full hands of sauces , around 25 bags and even dropped some on the pavement as she couldn’t hold that many in her big hands, i was not being rude and I asked politely, what a waste of resources for this location as I wonder what else she wastes and wonder why they are working there if they don’t like it. If they want to have a better job they should learn something else than providing a very bad customer service and being rude to a polite customer. It is probably not an upscale restaurant but customer service should definitely improve.

I went like Uber after 10 no one helped me for a moment please we are busy, I decided to go around for fast food where in the window the manager who is on duty right now at 2:10 on December 3 mistreated me and insulted me that she would not serve me , I came back and after 15 minutes they helped me. She said that they were busy with 3 cars and a client waiting, very incompetent in terms of speed, the highly educated workers should raise their salaries just to put up with her, I have the video with everything that happened to send to the management.Formal education classes with the client and she should lead by example, remember that orders are already paid online, do not play with other people's money

This taco bell is the worst. And it's a corporate location, also. There is alot over weight employees who work here.. that are rude and obviously are eating up all the food during their shift. They are famous for skimping your food portions on every order. Making it mostly a tortilla that you are eating. Ripping off the customers like most taco bells are famous for. I have taken my food back so many times to this location for that same reason that I know this location Gm by her 1st name Barbara. They don't even care about thier customers or repeat business, obviously. All they care about is making your food with barley putting any ingredients into it and ripping you off before you leave. Do not go to any taco bells or spend any $ with their Corporation anymore. Unless u want them to legally steal your money by giving you a tortilla but charging you Instead for a burrito. Do your family good and go to taco cabana instead or somewhere else. It's only a matter of time before they get sued for false advertising on their menu picture's portion sizes by the customer's. Bring Del taco back, boycott Taco bell !!

we just left there at Hwy 6 and Keith Harrow the inside was closed, it said it opened at 8:00AM we were there at 9:30 AM the doors were closed and the employees were in the kitchen but my husband and I were not acknowledged. We wanted to Dine In but since the doors were closed we left.

Never have I been so upset with a simple employees comment but this guy seemed to think he was King of Taco Bell. Long story short, he misheard me and got my order wrong. I went in to deal with that and he raised his voice and said “bro, I asked you if the order was correct on the screen” as if that I solves him from making the mistake to begin with, so I said “how about we correct the order, I’ll pay the difference” at that point the manager stepped in and I just corrected the order, to show my genuine behavior, I pleaded for the manager to just charge me for the difference so the (man child) working would have nothing to say but she refused to let me pay…they conveniently failed to provide me a receipt. Like…bro your job is simple, customer service should be easy, I was not a Karen so now that I’m upset by his response I’m here with a complaint and not just carrying on with my life.
