Just say, I have been to the Heights Target. I didn't have anything in particular. But I went straight to men's department to check out the clearance aisle. Since I didn't deal with a human, I can't speak about the service. But the layout at the grocery department was wacky. I had trouble to find single serving juices. I ended up buying the imitation juice. It costs about the same. Yikes.

I've only been here twice, but both times were food experiences. The store is large and seems mostly clean. The first time we went we ended up getting extra things we didn't need, my bf said the return was easy and quick. My second time going was to pickup and online order and I only had to wait maybe 4-5 minutes total to be helped and leave the store. I don't go to target too often anymore, but we just moved and might make a few more stops in the coming weeks. So far so good!

I like this Target a lot. There is an older gentleman with white facial hair and a ponytail who is very kind and was willing to check the back for me without giving me any attitude. Every time I come here, I have a great experience. The parking is average hectic depending on what time you go. The inside Target is normal and usually has what I need/am looking for in stock.

Located in the heights area and only been here twice. Once right around Xmas 22 and today. Both times the parking lot is packed and the whole area around the area is busy.Today needed to buy a few shorts and shorts and surprisingly they're was a few open spots close to the building but a few Lanes from the front entrance. I was about to try to get any closer as I was happy to find a parking spot so quick. After I got my items and we went to pay my daughter took care of everything at self checkout we were in and out of the store pretty fast.Nice and clean store for as busy as it is and the few staff I interacted with was nice and helpful.

While staying in Houston, our hotel was not far from this Target and we thought that would be very convenient. Unfortunately, we waited over 55 minutes in the drive up and ended up just choosing to come back the next morning when it would hopefully be less busy. When we got there the next day, over half of the order said it was out of stock even though it did not say low in stock when ordering it the day before. It was holiday time so that happens, I get it. The problem is that when we went in to pick up the order instead of waiting at drive up again, we saw the "out of stock" items (and many of them, at that) while we were picking up a few additional items. Once we got back from the pickup, we also realized that we were missing 2 items in the bag. I got back on the app to see if they had been cancelled too, but they had not. They had been marked as picked up. I will say that every staff member we saw was working very hard and was friendly, so it wasn't a problem of laziness. It seemed like more of an organization problem.

I mean who doesn't love target?! You go for one thing come out with a $100+ bill. This location is always clean, having someone cleaning carts and making available is definitely an extra great touch. My favorite first stop is the bulls pot and of course Starbucks. Because coffee goes with shopping or so I told myself and my husband. This place is usually fully stocked. Overall I will continue to shop here

Not much more I can say about ordering online and picking up, especially around the holiday season. The staff were friendly and handled my groceries with care. I saw another customer order a coffee from the Starbucks that was brought out to her. I'm excited to try it in my next trip. Curb pick up is convenient and easy here at Target.

This is the third or fourth Target I've visited in Houston. It is a super store! Starbucks is to the left of the entrance. Also in that area is the bathroom and guest services. The store looks like they got the modern remodel. The make up section is pristine. It's really busy probably because of the holidays coming up. A lot of guests seem to use the pick up/drive up options here because most of the parking spaces here are reserved for that.

I love this Target! The target closest to us, where we are always able to get what we need or came for. We typically do drive up, and go during "non busy times" & are able to get our order quickly! The employees are so kind & efficient.

I really needed a kitchen torch for desserts and the store rep Jonathan went above and beyond to help. Really appreciate his patience and willingness to help.

Emanuel from TECH or near toys, he was so lazy and so rude when I asked him for help , he simply told me that no one was able to help cuz he wasn't working in the aisle I was asking help and then he just slowly walk away. And honestly ask for help there is like searching for peace in the world, IMPOSIBLE, and the saddest thing is this not my first time dealing w Emanuel... very lazy and rude /passive aggressive. He probably needs improvement or motivation or simple target / costumer services are not his thing.

I have a love/hate relationship with this Target. I've become accustomed to the suburban Targets that are larger, cleaner, and more organized. I like that it's close, but the way the products are organized in the store is random. Products run out fast, especially clothing, if you're a female and wear small sizes. The Bullseye Playground (sale section at the front) is well-stocked, but be quick and get what you want cause it won't be there tomorrow. The Ulta inside the store is great and convenient if you're already there but also planned on going to Ulta nearby. The Ulta section at Target has a decent selection, but it's not going to have everything like the actual store. What's great is you can link your Ulta rewards to your Target app. The mini Starbucks that's awkwardly placed at the front entrance can sometimes have a long line, which can be annoying as you walk in. Whatever happened to a nook where other locations have it, so it doesn't get in the way? I get a specialty medication delivered to their CVS pharmacy that requires refrigeration. They never call to tell me when it's delivered and ready. I either have to call or just show up to make sure it's there. I got a Covid booster here once, and I swear he stabbed me with the needle cause it dripped blood, and bruised. I'm in healthcare, and that's not how it should be. This location has a lot of self-checkout lanes, so you're not waiting long.

The worst target you can ever go to! The staff is so unhelpful and half of the time the tech guys aren't where they're supposed to be at had to wait like 15 minutes for a tech guy to show up because no one was around and when I asked where the item I was looking for he said it should be by the place I already looked at didn't even offer to help or look in the back and the place was all meat everything was disorganized! I tried calling to avoid wasting my time going there but they never answer and if they do they ask to put you on hold and end up hanging up! Target needs better and actual helpful workers
