I love Target runs! I see a lot of cute things to buy and customer service is friendly. They might wanna check their kitchen stuff isle tho. We noticed a lot of broken mugs when we were checking some out looking for a gift. Their clothe selection was pretty but I couldn't find the clearance section

Juan from self checkout was so horrible he was been rude telling me to wait for my time and just been on his phone talking to someone I just wanted to scan my apples bc they didn't have price but he took forever to help me he was saying to wait for my turn plz report this guy he should not be treating anyone like this worst experience ever

I was at target today and the self Check out guy name Juan was so horrible he was not putting attention to me he was just on the phone when I need it his help he was been really rude and it's not the first time he does the type of things WORST TARGET EVER

This Target was a HUGE disappointment. Real Walmart on south Post Oak-ish.Almost every item I needed I couldn't get because the aisles were picked over and barely stocked. The makeup aisle is extremely hard to navigate with a cart especially if there are multiple people with carts. It seriously was like bumper carts at one point with me and another guest.The bathroom was just nasty - dirty diaper on the floor, trash on the sink. Toilet paper was everywhere. I had to try 3 different hand soap dispensers before one worked.Check out was also trash. I was greeted but the employee was talking with another employee while she checked me out. She mumbled my total in between her conversation and just stood there while I had my phone out for her to scan my barcode in the Target app. She also put all my items in one bag and it was little on the heavy side.Parking also is difficult here as it's attached to the mall. During busy times finding a parking spot is like parking at Six Flags in 2002 on a hot summer day.

One of the employees, Jeff walked over by my family, leaned over my stroller to put a product up, and coughed over my child without covering his mouth. Nor did he say excuse me. No mask. Disgusting.

Usually go for the smaller stores since like to get in and out quickly. No can do at this location .Parking is a madhouse since attached to Memorial City Mall. Do not dare during the holidays unless you have met with a lawyer for your latest will .It has become extremely dangerous in parking lot and inside . Granted they do offer a good selection of grocery items and electronics, but is it worth losing a limb?

I came in here looking for information on the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Joe & another gentleman in the electronics dept helped me get the information I needed. They even called another store to help me get the phone I wanted since they were not able to help me with the purchase.

I went to return a small electronic device I bought from target.com. At Customer Service I was told the serial number on the device doesn't match with the one on the package. I tried to explain this is what I received in the package. The model number matches, the items is like new and the receipt doesn't show any serial number. The suerpervisor said he is sorry but nothing he could do. At the end, I had to return it via shipping back to target.com. What a waste of resources. Nothing personal against the staff in store. They just do the job they are told to do. I feel the overall return policy at target is not in the best interest of consumers. I don't usually return things, this could be an unusal case. Or, maybe I'm spoiled by good stores like Costco and Amazon.

Am I even surprised Target is going downhill too??! Seems to be in line with everything else these days. Customer Service is nonexistent. Those once quiet and pretty red shopping carts... filled with trash from the previous shoppers and also rattle. A friendly Target Associate to help? Nope... I had to flag down 3 employees today and only one was able to help (the other 2 didn't have "walkies" on them and kept walking as they told me why they couldn't help). I went as far as calling the store while I was in the Electronic department thinking I would get someone to help that way, but guess what... Target didn't even answer their phone! There's a ton of chatting among the staff themselves. Even a group in the aisle talking about one of the other girl's pregnant belly and touching the baby with their back turned to those who need assistance. Nice that you all get along, but this isn't the social hour! I went to buy a Nintendo Switch with all the accessories today during my lunch break at WORK! Yes, people, WORK (none of the Target people know what work is, if I am judging by today)! I was finally helped by Uzi in the Electronics department. I will say he is the best fit for that area. He gave me so much information and I felt confident about the purchase I was making. BUT, I am not happy with the other people who basically didn't go an extra mile to get help faster. I don't understand how this is okay. I spent $444.88 today and if I wasn't in such a hurry, I would have decided to purchase from another retailer based on principle (or at least a different Target). I know Target sees huge tickets everyday, so my purchase is one of many medium sales, but I guarantee, I will think twice before using this retailer at this location again.

The is the worst target I've ever been to. I went on a Saturday and it was ridiculously packed with mall rats walking about and sitting on displays doing nothing but disturbing the store. I hate that it's attached to the mall. On top of that, there were at least 100 people in line and only 4 registers opened. This was not a holiday or anything but you would think it was with how picked over and packed the store was. This store needs to close and move somewhere else away from the mall.

This place should suspend order pick up. They do not have a grasp on how to run that. I ordered 3 things thinking it would be convenient, I let them know I was on my way, when I got there no one was there except for one other car. I checked in and waited 30 mins before they brought me my order. I would have cancelled but it wasn't an option. Horrible service. Do not count on their order pick up service.

I used target order for pick up. They do not pay attention when they pick your order for you. They fulfilled my order with a totally different brand and a 11 small basket. I order the taller 11 inch basket and a 13 inch basket. The basket was bright room. I ended up with a threshold brand basket. So, I had to call customer care. They are sending out another basket through the mail that will arrive a week later. This is a real inconvenience. They also stated they will give a refund. Haven't received the refund yet. I say just go shopping forget order pick up. Or just shop at Wal-Mart. If you have a substitute at Walmart they ask if you want it. They don't just give you whatever. I like Walmart pick up order better.

The staff here is EXTREMELY rude. I asked for help and no one acknowledged me. One team member even completely ignored me. Do not come here. Go to another target, the staff here will treat you poorly.
