This location locks their entrance doors before 10p.m. if you try to go in the exit they will physically block you. Is this common to lock doors before 10p.m.?

I have a newborn currently so going out to pick things up is difficult. I sent my partner on a trip to pick up an order I had placed and added him as an alternative pick up contact.
They did not allow him to pick up the order and told him I had to be there which is ridiculous because he was listed as an alternative pick up person. I tried to call them to fix it and I called multiple times and no one picked up to the point where the phone hung up on me while ringing.
They clearly need to better train their employees better and have more employees so that the calls are picked up.

They left a sensor on an item I had and I went back WITH a receipt and they had to see an ID to do their job they forgot to do in the first place? Absolutely ridiculous. Then they denied to take the sensor off bc my ID wasn’t “ valid “

Even though I have enjoyed shopping their stores for years. I refuse to shop at Target stores since they have removed all of their products of people of color bowing down to DEI policies. I can no longer purchase my multi cultural and ethnic products since they have remixed them from the shelves.

Alot of things you can find at five below or walmart for cheaper. Expensive for mid to low quality. Also dropped a star . Please have your employees come after taking a shower. The big guy at electronics smelled so bad my head hurt everytime he was around. Not trying to be rude but cmon , shouldnt have to be covering my nose to shop around.

About on line ordering The customer service is pitiful. Asking the rep they just sit there in silence
low intelligence ! They do not even know who shipped my order. Kept telling fed x. Fed x they do not have the package the package never arrived .
most of them can barley speak intelligible English. Seems like Target could hire some Americans to handle their business

Daniel ain’t a good guy. My friend was trying to buy an SD card while he was streaming with his phone. Then Daniel laughed at him cause my friend wasn’t using a good camera.
My friend answered him and Daniel got mad. Then Daniel told to his work partner to kick my friend out. Daniel was disrespectful and doesn’t deserve respect for that. I hope you do something about it.

Terrible one of the employees insulted me for using my phone to record an item, all I was trying to do was buy a sd card and for the cam then he complained just for me to get kicked out and not buy the sd card.

Worst Target in Houston. Store looks like a bomb went off inside with stuff everywhere. Customers are rude. Staff struggles to keep store shoppable.
