Self checkout never available for the first couple hours once they open for whatever reason. Also, there’s a ridiculous amount of expired grocery items all throughout this store. May be a target thing in general

I went in today to buy a Meta Quest 3 512 GB because I saw online that it was advertised as 30% off. However, when I went to the electronics department, the employees told me there was no such promotion or price. They were rude and unhelpful. The team leader from the electronic area and her co worker was especially unprofessional, dismissing me and offering no assistance. She acted as if I was lying and trying to get a made-up discount. She also stated that they do not price match with other Target stores. No wonder the store had low foot traffic. Fortunately, I went to another Target location down the street and was able to purchase the item at the advertised discount. Three of my friends in Houston also got it at the discounted price.

8-16-2024 6:16 pm, my associate walk to the customer service to pay on credit card bill. No one was at the service deck. A worker walk inside the front door came and help us. While she was helping she was also holding a conversation with someone else . Made a mistake on the card stated I didn't have money on the card to pay. I know I did. I tried it again. Very rude and sorry customer service. I did pay on my account . Very poor customer service. Afraid now they don't care what they doing

Honestly, people in the United States of America have serious problems judging others without knowing them.
..Today I went to Target from this address, I wanted to buy 1 deodorant, they didn't have the size I was looking for, I wanted a bathroom spray air freshener, the price was $1 more than at Home Depot and Walmart.
I was looking at the sheet sets with interest in buying more because this week I arrived there and bought one, I was looking at how thick the cotton fabric was because there is cotton that comes out bad and after a few washes it breaks, when I was touching the fabric a woman with a seat from Puerto Rico approached me I asked her if the thickness of the sheet was like what was shown in the set bag, she very rudely replied: yes, I think she approached me to keep an eye on me, because she was so rude which was I was looking at other household products that Target has to buy later and I took my time. When I get to the self-pay machine to pay for a product I bought, a man there taking care of the machines after I pay I look at him and he was looking at me suspiciously.
I want to tell the owners of Target that you have good products in your store, I like it, however you have very rude and rude staff.
I am a documented Latin American, not all of us who arrive in the United States of America arrive undocumented, I have arrived at your store walking to buy from you, not to steal from you, I understand that you and your employees have to take care of your
business, there are other ways to take care of it, not by watching, harassing them just because they are not of your race, because you came walking to your store, because you took the time to buy, looking closely at your products, the options and their prices, that is what I did today, I took the time in the scented candle department, it has a very good collection, its employees do not help its customers, for that reason I took more time and learned myself, to understand its collection of scented candles, if I bought and when I need more I will return to buy because I like your store.
Educate your employees, a business without customers could go to waste.

No registers open other the self checkout which were backed up. Target needs to hire some employees for the checkout registers or they are going out of busy

This Target is EVERYTHING!! There are a lot of Targets in Houston but this is definitely my favorite ? because it’s rarely frequented I can always find what I want /need there!!

went to buy neutrogena soap 3 pack. online said store had 2. couldn't find it and asked clerk who couldn't find it and said they're out. I asked him to look on his phone to see if it was in inventory. He said none left... not wasting time coming here again. Store was virtually empty... maybe 10 customers at 10:30am. Must be a real money loser for Target.

Walmart is always cheaper then all stores walmart cheaper then target milk cheaper bread cheaper evt all people should only shop at walmart due to high prices at most stores
