I basically don't shop at Target anymore. The app is awful since Target Circle. You have to "jump through hoops" to get advertised pricing and prices are different for the same things at different stores. It use to be a good place to shop but not anymore.

On the surface it's just a normal target, but there are almost never any employees working the registers. I mean what's the point in having so many when you don't open them. Target made gross profit of 30 BILLION dollars in the last fiscal year and yet here we are, corporations still nickel and diming the customer experience in the name of being cheap.

Used to be a great store until everything became card only and if you have cash you have to wait in line for over 20 minutes because they only want to have one cashier. It’s a joke.

Well I did an online order for pickup... and it was food(meat)items... So got my items to only find out that the items were markdown bc it was near expiration date-2days .. and so like many grocery stores they will mark the item down well 1st of all I paid full price online and to see that target employees are not well trained to care about the quality of a customer items that they are picking for them is disappointing.. the associate seemed to had try to tare off the markdown yellow sticker leaving the some of it on there alone with seeing a sticker stating "sale by 10/01/24".. so u give a customer almost expired food and tries to deceive them by removing valuable information from the package item.. Wooow!!! How Awful. I returned item.

I don’t come to target a lot but when I do I usually go to self-checkout. The self-checkout was closed so I went to checkout with the cashier. The cashier didn’t know what she was doing she told me I couldn’t use my target app, when I wanted to scan it for savings. Then I was paying with cash and I told her I had the changed for the total and she looked at me dumb like she didn’t know what I was talking about. The cashier also didn’t give me my dollar back I had to tell her. I thought cashier are supposed to know basic math! This cashier didn’t know anything she was doing, I been a cashier for years and I know how much change to give back even after the customer gives me the change after I push the cash amount in.

Some employee by the self checkout 3 minutes ago grabbed my two year old and tried to pick her up ???????? Poor staffing and weird behavior please evaluate the people you hire !! Disgusting
