I feel there’s a little prejudice here, maybe it’s the area. I’m not sure. I left here kinda emotional from the customer service to even the other customers.
It was blatant laziness from the team, not caring to answer questions or even just wishing you didn’t talk them.
Some racial prejudice from the customers here as well. I was stared up and down, bathroom was full a Latino woman didn’t want to go into the bathroom after me because I was black… it was clean. Idk I just moved here and thinking what did I get myself into. I called my son’s name, and the people behind were speaking Spanish mocking me. Idk, just hurtful.
I’m not the one to try to magnify racial divides, I love all people and we have one God. But I am going to bring awareness to this. This is my second time here and I had a similar experience before.

Went to this location with a quote , the hard part was already done. The guy said that he needs to login his company because his password apparently changed every month. On the phone not getting through. I’ve waited for over an hour. Nothing. Also, the frame that I originally tried on, was not there when I wanted to look at them over again. In the Oakley kiosk, there were a bunch of Ray-Ban glasses in their storage drawer. Call the store nobody answer the phone I just needed to pay for my prescription and frames.

Horrible experience!!! My 9 year old needed help with pricing and a staff (adult) by the way had the BIGGEST attitude towards her! How miserable do the employees have to be to be angry at a 9year old… You literally get paid to help! I will also be calling to report her.

Terrible customer service. They are more concerned about stocking the shelves instead of helping me buy AirPods. Should have just waited for the Apple store to open. Would have been faster

Terrible exchange policies, and the staff needs more training. It's like they don't know how to work basic retail. I'm trying to buy less from Amazon because I disagree with their ethos, but Target is no better. I tried to exchange an expensive luxury item for a more expensive luxury item. Instead of doing store credit, the customer service employee did a refund and locked up my funds for 2 days. I came back 2 days later (BTW, I live nowhere near this location) to buy with a split payment of cash/card, and the cashier put in cash incorrectly and charged my card the wrong amount, locking up my funds AGAIN. The manager did offer me a 20% discount but it didn't fix the problem. This store needs to better train employees on the basic job functions AND customer service. The prevailing attitude of the managers was, "well, there is nothing we can do." I immediately canceled my Target 360 membership and will no longer shop this retailer.

I was waiting in line at the electronics section to buy an Ipad, and 2 workers completely ignored me. The workers ignored me for 2 people who hadn’t been there before me. After being ignored, I spoke up and said that I was waiting first. One of the workers, gave me a sassy apology so I left 2 items that I was gonna buy right there and then I left. Horrible service. They had no empathy.

Whoever works and managers your guest services department royally sucks. They hang up on you, don’t answer. I’d fire these losers immediately. They literally pick up and just leave the phone off the hook

Stopped to grab a couple items and a snack. Made mistake of going to self checkout kiosk and grabbed a small pizza to go. Pizza rang up twice and no assistance in site should have left it but paid $14.50 for a small pizza. Self checkout only works if it works. Maybe having nobody around is the plan here.

Open up more registers. The self checkout always has a long line and the checkout lines are even longer.
