I shopped this Target on yesterday 3-27-2025. I tried to get assistance to buy oil diffusers but no employee was interested in helping. I was told by two employees that they had a deadline and could not stop to help me while another employee said it wasn’t their area. Keep in mind I waited in this section of the store for almost 30 minutes waiting on assistance and no one came. I asked for a manager who offered me a gift card to atone for the store’ employees behaviors. The offering of a gift card to me is a way to atone for bad behavior. I will not be visiting this store again. If I could have, I would have given a zero.

Worst target ever. Always has just one checkout lane, and half the time self check is closed.
Now that it’s finally open, I tried to use self check, and was sent back to stand in line because I had 13 items instead of 11. Waited another 10 minutes to check out because I’d lost my place in the ONLY line open.
Not a single person used self check the entire time I waited.. good thing I didn’t hold anyone up with my TWO EXTRA ITEMS.

On a Saturday morning, They only have one register open. No self check out open but you got 4 ppl standing at guess services. Manager Debbie is who was on duty!!! I got 3 videos.

I do not write negative reviews but today 3.3.25 at 4:30 was disappointing.
There was a young man trying to check out a customer that had a bunch of items and she was handicapped. She had to back out of each register to go to the next one. He moved from one register to another one because register eight wasn’t working register seven was not working so what did a manager do, he came by, told him move to another one and kept on walking without missing stride. I asked the girl in the credit card lane if she could please call the manager because there were 10 customers behind me and 3 people in front of me had dumped Their cart and walked out.
She declined to call a manager and said they were working on it.
When someone got the manager, he told them to call someone else, he was too busy, but I wanted to talk to the supposed manager (tall white guy with short hair).
I will never shop this store location again.
I know they don’t care because you can see it in the store.

First, restrooms are dirty. No one ever cleans them. They are worse then walmart restrooms. (I will say all target locations have had dirty bathrooms everytime, not just this one). Not enough staff in customer service and in general. Especially with cashiers. That's not the staffs fault, that goes to the higher ups. Target no longer has me excited to go visit and shop anymore. This location needs new management or something to bring it to what it used to be.

One of the sale associate didn't know the answer to a question. I asked if he could call a manager, which he did. He asked the manager Christopher R. (Night manager) the question and the manager Christopher said his quess was as good as his. Very disappointed by his lack of customer service and if this is your manager team skills. I believe it's time to retrain and educate your manager staff on customer service and people skills... Horrible experience

I frequent this target a lot, and everyone I’ve encountered working here is very friendly. However, I’m obligated to give a 2 star rating due to the fact that none of the departments answer the phone. I had a simple question that would’ve taken less than a minute to answer, but because no one answered the phone (after I called multiple times and selected various departments) I had to drive up to the location to get an answer. Please give your team members training on answering the phone. Thank you 🙏🏼

Never any registers open it's hot inside self check out is card only this target is hands down the worst one a downgrade at this point stat away from here go to Walmart

terrible management here . One we always have an issue with is a supposed manager named Angela , always has an attitude always says they can’t fix price errors etc . When any other time I come and get different more experienced management they know exactly what to do. Starting to feel it’s more of a racial thing . I’ve seen her treat others just fine. Today we came in and needed a price adjusted we got some Christmas decorations and everything is supposed
To be 50% off . One item didn’t come down & her reply without even turning to fully look at us was if it rings up you get the discount if it doesn’t you don’t . My sister and I looked at each other and decided this grinch wasn’t going to get us out of character . Just wondering how a person like her ends up in management . Their cashiers& customer service employees have more respect when speaking to customers than her . It’s come to the point that if I need something fixed and she’s the one in customer service I’d rather come another day . She’s walked up to us while checking out at a regular cashier and asked if we plan on paying for things still in the cart when the belt is overflowing and nothing else fits . Like Maam if I haven’t paid and gotten a receipt what makes you think I’m not going to pay for items that don’t fit on the shopping belt ? Do I carry them in my arms to help her feel better ? Not even the stores loss prevention does the extremes . My cashier was still ringing me up there was NO NEED.

Everything was fine and an employee even helped me find the car product section but when we were heading out a female employe was cat calling my sister and laughed when we looked back at the time she was wearing a beanie

Apppreciated the service I received from the guy in tech today. I purchased an AirPod and PlayStation 5. I believe his name started with a J. He made my day with his patience, quality. And customer service!

Called 4 times for my order pick up and no one ever answered. I can’t get down easily because of my foot so I just canceled it and placed at order with HEB since they are fast. When I drove away I had seen 3 workers by the order pick up just talking. (A curbside worker was out at one point but when I tried to get their attention they didn’t hear me)
