A Target employee saved my hands — literally.
Was just doing some shopping and ended up in the self-care aisle. Started chatting with an employee — super nice and actually knew her stuff. She took the time to explain different skincare options (I'm a mechanic, so I’ve already tried a bunch of lotions, oils, and creams).
Tried the one she recommended, and no lie, my hands are almost back to normal.
10/10 — will definitely be coming back… mostly for Legos, though.

Target Tomball location is an extremely well run, well stocked store with great employees, and an excellent manager.

Grace is amazing! She is very friendly and does good job even when we checked out at 9:50. She is very helpful! We give her 10 stars for customer service 👍👍👍 And the employee is at the cosmetics section very helpful too, she helped my wife to find exactly what she wanted👍👍👍

Nice store with good values and variety. Location is convenient, but does feel a little sketchy at times. Would be nice to see some security patrols or something.

They will follow you around especially if you are a person of... Criteria. I know they are only doing what is best for the company but darn It's just so uncomfortable. I only go because it's convenient. Also the clothes section is very very disorganized, they should pay more attention to that.

Austin in the electronics department was very helpful and was kind to give us the special online price for a FireStick in store which was cheaper. We saved a lot of money by him doing that for us so we really appreciate it, thank you! ?

I’ve always priced matched to Amazon or target online. Never had an issue until this location with a certain sales associate. Irene has given me a hard time twice about price matching to Amazon. Acting like she’s having to pay out of pocket for the price matching. Beyond annoyed today, I asked her to price match to Amazon she proceeds to scan it and tell me no it’s not cheaper that it’s not coming up when she never clicked on it. She told me “well that’s Amazon!” When I told her the price it was showing finally I total her to click no the item and of course it shows the price I told her. At that point she changed the price. Please educate her on price matching!

William at this Target location deserves a raise. First he stopped what he was doing to help me out then came back repeatedly to assist me in getting a larger item to the front. He even helped me get it in my car which was super unnecessary. He really went above and beyond to help me out and make my experience great.
