Placed a pick up order and when I got home my refrigerated dog food had been taped up because it had holes in it. This could've poisoned my dog because the food starts to go bad immediately once opened. The store could not have cared less. Which let me know why this happened. Tried for over an hour to get a manager on the phone and no one could find one. Go to a better store or at least a better Target.

Put in an application to work here because they have a sign on the window, they said “the seasonal position is over but we’ll take it just in case we get an opening”. That now hiring sign stays up 24/7 in that window but when you try to apply you get rejected every time. That sign needs to be taken down for False advertising

This review is a reflection of the drive up staff and the service I received earlier this afternoon. My interaction with a young lady named Stephanie was very unexpected and less than acceptable customer service. After pulling into the lot and parking in one of the designated spots for drive up. I waited for my order. I saw someone approaching my car so I readied my phone with the code. I look up to greet the attendant and she immediately says, contentiously-with no pause, " Where's your code? Next time you need to park closer! These spots are for if the other spots are full!" I looked at my spot number to double check that I was in the designated area and before she continued scolding me I interjected and shared that there were cars in those closer spots when I arrived. I then asked that she not speak to me in that way. She defended her point, but quickly ended the interaction with turning her back to me and dismissively saying "have a good day".All that just to pick up some panty hose and gift tissue paper!? AND I parked in the designated area. In customer service, tone is everything. I would have been more receptive to her preference if I had indeed violated something and she spoke kindly.I drove around to ask another attendant what my attendant's name was and Stephanie quickly whipped back around to my car and loudly said "Do you have a problem?!"At that point I drove away before she could exacerbate the situation.

although the store was crowded, I checked out fairly quickly thru self checkout section. Employee was helpful in finding large bags (which weren't readily available) for my purchases

If you know exactly what you need and have some time to kill it’s ok. At 8:15pm no cashier’s with a long line and self-scan only while available employees nearby stare at you indifferently as you scan 100 items. I believe Target’s losing it’s appeal with it’s customers.

I purchased an item over 3hrs ago for pickup and decided to grab the 1 Nintendo Switch game and brought the game to front and asked if they could marked as shopped for and give me the item and was told that it would be another 3hrs unless I cancel the order and re-purchase the item again. I will never shop at this Target ever again or deal with incompetent staff.

Sunday morning review, looking for Halloween decorations and toy collectibles, this is a very interesting store from the moment you pull in the parking lot, they don't play around with curb side / Pick up, they have 20 plus parking spots for pick up with a HUGE covered drive up, this locations also has an indoor CVS pharmacy along with an Ulta store, when you first walk in you get that "clean store feeling" but is short lived and I'll explain later, there is plenty variety and quantity of items in the clothing department, the fitting room is nice and fancy, baby area and electronics is nice and still clean and here's where it goes downhill lol, toy department is a mess, the section that is usually at the back wall by electronics is small and the reason why is not the inventory but the poor job on how the sections were divided, half of the items that should be in that area are with the regular toys and my Target people know what I'm talking about, it looks like they are fixing to do a rollover into the next season but man this place looks like a war zone lol, we did not visit the grocery area or the kitchen appliances but from far away they do look more organized just as the front section, either way is a good place to do several things, happy hunting.

I shop here every week and put a lot of hard earned money here. I recently purchased a 100 visa gift card for my daughter that did not work on the first use after looking it up we saw it was used up at another target I took it to target with the receipt to return it and they said it was used in Conroe and that they could not replace gift cards. I was accused by the manager of using it myself!! I had to reach out to visa to report it stolen and they will take 30 days to review and reimburse me. They need to remove these cardsoff the shelf already as apparently according to the manager this is common!!

my favorite target but today i had an annoying experience at the starbucks with the employee named Charlotte. Kindly walked up and asked if they were still open, she looked at the time and sighed/ grunted saying “i guess so ?”. i work at a real starbucks that opens at 5 am and closes at 10 pm, i wouldn’t dare complain in front of my customer for coming in a few minutes before close. There was zero reason for her attitude, why are you mad that you have to do your job until the last minute you’re being paid. I get it can be annoying, but showing it visibly and audibly in front of customers is huge no. while she was making my drink, another “starbucks” employee came from the back to the front and they started talking, i’m guessing she didn’t know i could hear them but Charlotte started complaining about making my drink and how she’s “so done with orders” and how she wants to go home. complaining at a target starbucks is hilarious, please come work at a real starbucks and let me know if you’ll complain about your no drive thru, no mobile order, no cash counting starbucks job again.
