(Older lady heavy set )
Had such a bad attitude with the customer she was checking out before me. She yelled at him while taking his payment because he could not find the tap option. Then when it was my turn she told me with the same attitude (rolling her eyes, talking loud)to organize my products so she could bag them. I wouldn't have had any problem doing so if she had asked nicely.

Truly disappointing experience. The guy who was working the drive up orders helped two other cars before me, and then when I rolled down my window he must have realized he had to tall to me. And told me someone messed up and he has to look for items they missed. No apology. No offer to make it better. Just frustration when I was already frustrated. He said nothing when he came back with the items, just glared like my frustration at his rudeness was a burden to him. Terrible service.

Just had another horrible experience at the Elyson location and will not be going back. Just want to say thank you to the store Location for always having a clean and tidy store well mannered and professional staff that are customer Service savvy.

I will never buy anything from target again that is in a box!
Apparently any item returned to them in a box and taped closed is assumed unused. You are responsible for checking the item once you buy it, not them.
I needed a humidifier for my husband who was going home from the hospital. He had pneumonia and a staph infection in his blood. When I opened the box with the humidifier it was filthy. Dark brown line on the water reservoir and the bottom water receptacle. When I returned it, I was told if the box is sealed when it is returned they have no way of checking the condition of the item. I suggested they use some sort of sticker that would tear if opened to at least keep items like this off the shelves. He explained that they would have to mark down every item that was now an open box. Target was close and I’ve always preferred them over some of the comparable stores, but they’ve lost a customer.

This Target store has really gone downhill within the last few years. It's so messy and gross. All the carts have trash and spills on them, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and looks like they have never been cleaned, and all the isles are messy. The clothing section is probably the messiest. The clothes are all falling off the hangers. Nothing is on its proper rack. Everything is mixed on the rack and you can never find any sizes. The shoe area looks SO BAD. Boxes thrown everywhere. I literally couldn't even walk or push my cart because there were so many shoes and stuff thrown on the ground. The self checkout lines are so long because there's only 2 machines open. This location is such an embarrassment to Target. By far the nastiest store I have ever been to. It's also consistently like this. I've been during slow times and days and it STILL looks like a Black Friday event was just held!

3pm on a Monday in June and the store looks its like the evening of Black Friday. Clothes strewn about on top of racks and on the floor and the fitting room is a wreck. No employees to be seen throughout the store. Haven’t shopped here in a long time and I see I haven’t missed out on anything. A mess.

Came in for a few things after work and was aggressively followed by loss prevention. He had a little scooter thing and was literally following me everywhere. He made it so obvious. Idk if thought I was someone else, but it pissed me off so bad I paid for whatever I had and left ! I spent $74 but I will never patronize this location again due to being treated that. Y’all need to look into him he is literally profiling ppl who just want a little retail therapy. Its sad we can’t exist and shop peacefully

These two lazy employees were yakking it up about tik tok and people that they didn’t like. SEVEN people were qued up at one empty lane tonight 6/20/24 around 8:15pm. I asked them if they could open another register. The LOOKS I got! HOW DARE I?! Do you your job! The one on the left is a manager. Nikita? Nickita? Employees were embarrassed by you. They volunteered your name. Unfortunately they didn’t spell it. Neither one of you were wearing a legible name tag. Booo Target!! Poor choices in employees with these two “ladies”. Teach them some manners! Maybe teach the manager HOW to manage.
