I’m a frequent buyer for almost 2 years. Never exchanged or returned a single item. I buy a lot of Pokémon cards there. Two weeks ago I bought 3 BOXES of Pokémon cards. And by mistake I took one repeated, and now I come here and have no right to EXCHANGE it. Not return it, but simply choose ANY other Pokémon. No, I can’t. And the reason they gave me? “You can’t return it or exchange it because we get it from different sellers. What reason is that? And of course they don’t tell you that before you buy them, you only see the “no return” in the receipt after you paid for them. Not buying here anymore.

Target remains one of the best retailers for its curbside pick-up service. I regularly shop at Target and they are always my 1st choice when I need things quickly.

Target is such a great place to shop for Hygiene, Cleaning and Grocery products. People there are very helpful and there are always cashiers in place to check you out , unlike Wal-Mart has all these checkout lanes and only 3 cashier’s working .

WORST TARGET I HAVE VISITED. I was standing in the self checkout line for over 10 minutes and an employee decided to open a register but call people from the back of the line. like ummm? do you not see that people have been waiting for a long time.

I received moldy fruit from the food vendor inside this grocery store. When I called customer service about it, they just hung up on me. The packaged fruit is 5 days from the sell by date.

Worst Drive Up experience at any Target location. We waited over 45 minutes and when we went to the drive up people they were absolutely rude saying they had checked the spot and we weren't there. Rude service.

I went shopping yesterday with my daughter. It was crowded and looked chaotic. I was worried we wouldn’t find what we needed. Despite my perception, shelves were well stocked. I found everything I needed. I was also mistaken about the chaos. There was chaos, but it was well managed! Jenn, was the coordinator. She had everyone in one line to check out. I complimented her on tracking shoppers, getting everyone to a register without dispute, and being so friendly! She told us she LOVED retail and couldn’t imagine doing anything else. It was so nice to hear she really loved what she was doing. She is a super star! Thank you Jenn! It was our pleasure to meet you! Merry Christmas!

I'm no stranger to Target or this location. I ran in to grab some wrapping paper and ribbon. Tis the season! I usually love Target, I mean, who doesn't? Yet I feel lately the last few times I've gone to this location, they are understaffed. It's the holiday season, and they only had 3 registers open and a line a mile long at self checkout. This location is starting to remind me of their blue competitor.
