The service in person and options are great, but their ability to answer the phone is unbelievably lacking, I have called 5 times after 9 AM and those calls have all gone unanswered as well as been hung up on… terrible customer service in that way.

This used to be a nice store. Now it’s Walmart 2.0. Employees will disappear if you look like you need help. Gross drinks all over the floor. Used cups all over the shelves. Unorganized and the cashiers treat you like the trash that won’t go away. Aisles are cluttered and hard to maneuver and even if you can get thru the employees just walk at you and make you move. If you want to buy cosmetics good luck. They have it all locked down and if you do need help they act like you’ve already stolen. The guy who checked us out last night wouldn’t even speak to us or acknowledge what we said til I said it three times. It’s a very unwelcoming store.We came in to buy new decor and left with one pillow and grapefruit

Omg!! They have a new manager Matthew!!! Freaking awesome!! Gives good vibes good energy because the customer service at customer service don’t always be customer servicing! Baby! You have to have personality and grace when servicing people! Attitudes and rudeness will get you no where but cursed out!! Let’s leave our home problems and attitudes at the door ? and focus on creating great experiences for customers!! Where I spend my dollars matter because I work to hard for em! Customer service at this location was getting a little Walmart•ish ? may need to reboot retrain on how to handle customers! Rather I’m looking ghetto or in my business suite!! Check yourself!

The customer service quality you receive here is truly a gamble every time you go--unfortunately, my family and I keep receiving the bad kind. More specifically, when we go to the self-checkout, we're given microaggressions under the assumption that we're stealing by the same self-checkout attendant/staff member every time. This attendant rummages through our bagged items and double checks our screen to see if what we scanned matches the items we bagged. Today, like clockwork, the same attendant rushed over and started tapping on our screen and said that the sweater my mother had scanned was not the right price. She grabbed her mobile item scanner and began scanning every single item we had bagged to double check the prices. Frustrated, I left my basket and told her we weren't going to buy anything before requesting to her that I want to talk to a manager about her behavior.My mother and I used to shop at this Target at least three times a week, but due to this same attendant, we've began reducing our visits to once a week, to once a month, and now, we refuse to shop at this Target any longer. We suggest you shop at the Steeplechase Target location as well as the Katy Grand Parkway Target on 99.

I placed an online order for an item for Christmas and got a notification that my order was ready for pick up just to get there and get a lousy $10 gift card for my troubles. They said the item was out of stock. How can my order be ready but out of stock? They didn’t even bother to scan my target barcode to look. They canceled my order without telling me and the manager was no help either. What a sad Christmas. Don’t complete my order next time if it’s out of stock!

My wife and I were on our way home when she suddenly exclaimed that she was out of her favorite hair care product. Knowing that we were near Target on Highway 6 North in Houston, Texas, I suggested we head there for a quick pit stop.We've been frequent shoppers at this Target ever since we moved to the Copperfield area 25 years ago. We've always appreciated its clean and organized environment, making it a breeze to navigate and find what we need. The friendly service crew is also a plus, always ready to assist.Today was no different. We quickly found the hair care aisle, which was conveniently located near the entrance. The shelves were neatly stocked with a wide variety of products, making it easy for my wife to find her specific brand.I also took a moment to wander around other aisles and admire the well-organized displays. The neatly arranged products, coupled with the bright and spacious aisles, created a pleasant shopping experience.As we walked out of Target, we both agreed that it was another pleasant shopping experience. The clean and organized environment, friendly staff, and wide variety of products made it a quick and easy trip for my wife to find exactly what she needed. We're grateful to have such a reliable and convenient store in our neighborhood.

Don’t order online. The app says what items are available & quantity. Once ordered they don’t fulfill your order. The app says should be ready within 2 hours. They will notify you through the app hours later saying your item(s) are not available and tell you tough loss in money or will tell you to order from a different location. I literally asked the customer service rep on the phone at a location if I needed to go ahead and come up to the target & grab my item myself if they weren’t going to get my order and her response… “umm yeahhh” I was joking since they weren’t doing their job but wow. Please hire better people who are grateful for a job.

The only reason I have it a 4 star was because they changed the check out lane to 10 items or less ?!! They really only have like 1 or 2 registers open . I’ve had to wait in line for a long time while the check out lanes are empty because I mean come on we’re at target … no one can walk out with 10 items or less .

Still. Getting used to the updated setup in beauty as I don't shop here often since it's more expensive than Walmart but less crowded and shorter lines. Clean helpful staff unlike Walmart.

Scheduled online my annual vaccine appointment at the in store CVS pharmacy and was disappointed that I was told that I had to wait even though I arrived early. I walked around the store and picked up items and returned to be told the same. Looks like there were folks being attended to that may not have had appointments. I don't care if they accept walk-ins but those that make legitimate appointments should be attended to first.
