Clean store and helpful staffs

The employee at the self check out (her name started with an S, glasses) accused me of placing an entire stock of product in the wrong location so I could get a cheaper price. I left without purchasing anything but decided to call the store to speak to manager to ask about the interaction and policy on price adjustments. The manager on duty at 8:45pm on 7/26/25 refused to speak to me until another employee told her why I was calling. Once I explained everything the employee hung up on me. Mind you there’s stuff all over the floor, open food packaging littered throughout the store, and just many things out of stock. I would not waste your time with this location, care about yourself and drive a little further to a location that employs actual humans.

It's been YEARS since I've visited this particular store. In town for a visit and I instantly remembered why I avoid the old neighborhood target. Shelves: never stocked. Employees: nowhere to be found. Lines: 2. Self checkout and a cashier. This particular day a line with about 9 different customers and the slowest cashier ( named Lisa) on the planet decided she needed to meticulously fold everyone's clothes. Was another employee called to front to hop on a register? No. Even when customers went to customer service the lines kept getting longer and Lisa it seemed was getting slower. At this point this Target should be changed into a Walmart. At least then there'd be excuse for poor service, attitude, and lacking stocks. No wonder Target is taking a hit outside of the DEI fiasco.

This location STILL looks like a tornado passed by it. Merchandise still all on the floor, there were absolutely no carts in the front and just all out a bad experience again. I miss when Walmart was on the other side.

To my black people or half black people please watch out when the cashier tries to ring up your stuff and the person’s behind you at the same time. Make sure you tell the cashier what items you are buying and say I will not pay for anyone else’s items. Do not try to show the racist how well you can add prices of items you bought in your head. You can’t report these people to a BIPOC app or any foreign app on YouTube because we no longer have them. Love y’all.

This store was not as clean as I am accustomed seeing when I visited other Target stores in Texas.

Whoever handles calls for electronics is lying and telling people they have switch 2's in stock. Happened to me and the person in line behind me. Also took 20 minutes for someone to talk to us lol

A bit disappointed that the discounted price was not accurate for the product in the shelf even the description seemed to be the right one, and I ended up paying more than double because my son was already excited!

Leaving this review in regards to a female employee with glasses at the self checkout service today around 4 , horrible customer service especially towards me for no reason . Couldn’t even ask a simple question without being looked at crazy. Don’t know how she got hired but she should definitely get a couple more rounds of training before someone checks her.

My experience was a horrible experience. I felt the entire time that as I was shopping that I was being watched and followed. I then proceded once I got up front to check out, the young male pulled me out of the line and checked me out but I was the only one that got in his line to checkout. I also noticed after I left out of the line he left too and that he was also either a team lead or a manager. I come to shop not to steal!!! I was being harrassed for no reason and singled out for no reason. That was unfair treatment. This treatment was unjust.

I want to take a moment to highlight an amazing employee who truly deserves recognition. While I was waiting for my online order, the cashier took the time to acknowledge me and inquire about my day, all while assisting another customer. Her warmth and cheerful demeanor were a breath of fresh air, as it’s not often you encounter someone so genuinely happy at work.
To top it off, she even offered me an ice cream! Her kindness made me feel like a valued customer, and her smile was simply contagious. Kaity, I admire how you consistently bring that beautiful smile and vibrant personality to your job! Keep shining bright, ladybird — you truly are a rare gem!
