I don't even need this account but I wanted this account because I heard they were a great credit union. The issues i've had with them has been more of a headache than a help. This last situation really upset me to the point where I just want to close my account i had money sent to this account so that I could do some other moves for my business. And it needed to be done on friday.So I received money on friday. Previously, there was a withdrawal. They tried to come out and I didn't have the money, so they put a fraud alert after speaking to them and letting them know it was me that.
Head The amount set up to be pulled every month. But this time I didn't have the money then. It should've been as easy as lifting a hold ori, block on my card. But I do understand for safety reasons.They said they just needed to send me a card out. This didn't mean that I couldn't use the account whether withdrawing money or sending money being that I was able to receive money in. Once I attempted to send the money out that just came in. There was ahold on the account where I couldn't do anything supposedly. I had a loan that was outstanding. After explaining that, I've never had a loan, I don't owe them money. The balance was current even before I receive money into the account. It could have been cleared up easily with customer service. After 3 attempts and 2 attempts getting hung up on the third attempt. I stayed on the phone for an hour and 30 minutes only for her. To tell me that there was nothing they can do until Monday when I had employees waiting to get paid on Friday.

I love the credit union and what it brings in the ways of treatment for its customers, but the ATM here is always out of service I drove all the way there last night trying to deposit a check and it wasn't working again why is this always an issue? And mobile 📱 deposit is way worse. It takes almost a week just for you money to become available

Outstanding today we needed help they had appointment that did not show she stepped in and help with no problem. I use to think this location was useless to me & I never wanted to go in & try to seek help. She changed my mind of how business should be handled. Kind, knew what we needed & taken action & showed us she wanted to help us. Wow I use to drive to Woodlands for help because this band has never shown how they could help. I have been with TDECU for almost a year now. Signing up was easy. I never have problems with my money. The staff is absolutely amazing, particularly Adreana. Each time I go in, she greets me with a smile and a wave, even if someone is in her office. I don't have a debit card with this particular account, but I don't mind getting out of the car and going inside because I know l'll be met with good energy.

Very sweet and patient staff. I came in at the end of the day. Almost 5p.m. I hated to do it but I had to. I personally hate it when people show up to my job at 3:45 when we close at 4. But they all handled it very professionally. Because 4more people showed up after me. I would have been pissed and you would have seen it on my face.

Don't do many reviews unless warranted, so this is key to know about me. I have been with this branch for about 4 months and have been assisted by Blake Guajardo. He has demonstrated he's very knowledge in his position by guiding me through my financial needs. I have never encountered someone offering such sound advice, options and great follow through.
