I would like to applaud James in parts and Richard in service. James helped me find exactly what tire I needed for my bike, and Richard had it put on in one day. Will definitely be taking the bike to them for parts and service.

Todd was knowledgeable and answered all questions with good clear information, including examples. I will be doing business with Mancuso soon.

I needed a brake linkage extension and called the store and David said they had it so I rode in. I bought the part and they not only installed it, they made sure that it fit perfectly for my riding position and they adjusted the handlebars so that my ride is perfect for my 6’6” frame.I highly recommend them for your CanAm Spyder needs.

I attempted to give this dealership another chance since they are so close and I had an opportunity to work through my last issue with Daniel. I revisited this dealership again to service my brand new 2023 Seadoo Switch which had an engine failure from the factory. They kept my boat for five months not always honest and did not communicate very well regarding the status of repairs. Finally after I pushed hard they delivered the boat back to me literally thrown back together some parts hanging off with extensive sun and mildew damage and battery. I was promised by Mike that he would follow up with my concerns and never heard back. I have since learned that Daniel and Jason and most of the good team members are gone and I am back to the same old same old lack of care and follow up from this dealership. I have also reached out to the owners Sonic Autogroup after being told that the dealership did not have a store director. I had a glimmer of hope after talking with Jolene the new store manager but unfortunately have not heard back. I just find it hard to believe that these guys truly care about their customers at this point. Honestly it is worth the drive to deal with the smaller dealers for your powersports needs. As a follow up, I had an opportunity to speak by phone to Daniel Alford, the general manager for this location. Daniel responded timely to my post with great empathy and sincere apologies.I honestly believe that had the opportunity presented to work with Daniel initially, this issue would have not escalated.Daniel truly understands good customer service and has went above and beyond to help make things right for me.It is good to know that the poor customer service which led to my negative experience does not extend to the top at this dealership.Definitely if you have an issue with this dealership, give Daniel Alford a call he will do his best to make it right. The Great Seadoo "Switch"I was among the first group to pre-order the Seadoo Sport Compact Switch on 9/10/21 from this dealership. After waiting patiently with great enthusiasm, I was notified on 7/15/22 that the unit had finally arrived. While working through financing with my sales person Daniel Ramirez (good guy) at Team Mancuso- Houston, I was shocked to discover that the unit had arrived in neon yellow instead of the coral blast color I had selected and even more of a shock that the dealership was now marking the boat up significantly in fees. After expressing my frustrations, the dealership showed no real concern for the mixup or for the unexpected price increase. They would only cast blame on BRP stating that they had no control over the order or pricing which I knew not to be true.I was then pressured to take delivery on this boat and provided no real assistance with resolving my issues.Of special note, I spoke with the store manager Zak Wilmore regarding this matter. He has been less than helpful and his attitude and overall customer service skills are not reflective of a retail manager. He did not listen openly to my concerns and has yet to follow up with me since 8/6/22 on this issue as agreed.Fortunately, I have been able to contact BRP customer support who confirmed that the dealership was incorrectly charging me fees. BRP further suggested that the dealership should have in fact honored the pre-order boat price. This had also been confirmed by other dealerships.BRP has since apologized on behalf of the dealership and has went above and beyond to assist me with making things right and most importantly helping me to secure a 2023 model year Seadoo Switch.I do not recommend this dealership and would suggest you drive the extra miles for your next purchase. They do not align with BRP executive teams' mission in which"Ethical Behavior Is Everyone's Responsibility".

Impressive service department and new management. Went this Saturday 12/09. My 2020 Indian scout had engine lights on. Usually in the past the service department would take long time and give run around & ridiculous price. They have new management now, took my bike in right away, it just needed the code to be reset after I changed the battery last week. No charge, the manager came out himself to let me know. It was all done with in less than 30min. Great service, and love the new management. I will be bringing my bike to this location now on.

Absolutely the worst experience at a dealership in my 35 years of motorcycle riding bike has been there over 5 months with a transmission problem. I have been told every lie in the book between the previous service manager and the current one not to mention the other pathological liar the general manager.Current service manager has a real attitude problem making sure to let me know that I am not their only customer several timesI agree I am not there only customer by I should be somewhere on the priority list after this dealership has done nothing but lie to me and screw me over for 5 1/2 months I just get lie after lie after lie after lie my bike is still in pieces strewn all over the shop the chassis isn’t even in the building. To show how dishonest they are there isn’t a price tag on anything in the building a simple factory tshirt is over $50, they put double retail on everything.Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this dealership or you will be sorry just like so many other people are they have bad feedback everywhere you look it is no lie this dealership is a lying nightmare to deal with.STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY FROM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY EVERYONE OS A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR THAT WORKS HERE STAY AWAY !!!!!!!

Typical pricing games that dealers play at this dealer. Start out way over list then suddenly drop several thousand when you're not gonna bite. Took forever to get them to give me an out the door price. Once they did, another dealer was $2300 less. The other dealer didn't play games so I took my business there.

In Summary: Awesome customer service by the entire team. They strive to make sure their customers are entirely happy with their purchase. If you are reasonable and rationale they will bend over backward to make sure you have no buyer remorse after visiting them.Purchased a used item last month from them on line site un seen outside of some pictures. As you know, sometimes pictures don't always provide the level of detail. When we arrived after traveling from NM to pick up the unit, it did not match up to our expectations visually. Even though the sale was complete, they worked with us to view other models that better fit what we were looking for. They got us in a new unit that day with add-ons. the entire team worked seamlessly on a busy biker weekend to make it happen that day so we could roll out the door.with a new Can AM Defender Lone Star edition.Thank you to:Our sales rep Hunter for making it right and taking the heat.Shelby the Sales Mgr for reworking the deal.Lane and Logan in parts for pulling all the add ons together and working the pricing. The GM, service writer, and the service technicians for pushing the envelope and everyone else behind the scenes. Thanks to the entire Mancuso Team

FYI. Long story short, I was approved to purchase the a Lonestar today under my tax exemption. The salesman proceeded to approve my credit and proceed with their sales paperwork. I then asked for the final drive out price and he reluctantly stated $24,900. I asked the salesman what the $3,794 inflation was for. The salesman stated that the Defender would sale for $20,926 under the tax exemption plus $3,794 for freight, assembly and a $600 BRP surcharge. Deceptive dealings are not cool.

First I will like to say that Daniel was great when it came down to the sale but after that when dealing with the service dept at this particular mancuso it’s been horrible with the exception with the new service manager she was great when I had an issue with my gas line! Now of late my bike has been in the shop for almost two months with no word on it. I called left messages but have not gotten a reply. I gave them approx a month before I even called to check on what was the problem. I left a message about 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten a reply and all I wanna know is what’s going on with it.

Daniel R. is the great salesman, he is very warm and thoughtful. He helps me choose the most suitable Slingshot model, and offers the best deal for my trade. The manager Justin is also really nice as well, I did have a good conversation with him. JUSTIN & DANIEL are the awesome team. RECOMMENDED!!!

I bought a brand new Kawaski 1000SX from here, it was the worst experience. The bike was pulling to the right, was confirmed by their tech. Was told it was fixed and it was not. Went to another dealership, the tech confirmed it was still pulling. Was able to get a Kawaski technician to come fix it. This dealership did not admit there was an issue, and just gave me the run around. Very unprofessional!!!! Mancuso brother, who built the reputations of great quality service, no longer owns the dealerships and the quality is no longer there. Save yourself a headache and find a different dealership.

After you sign on the line that is dotted , buckle up! The service department is the worst of any I've dealt with in the Houston area. I'm own many motorcycles and this is by far the worst dealership. If you like to wait 3-4 weeks for service to be completed, then your going to love this place. I would by a motorcycle any place in the city that is not Mancuso. Go to Stubbs or Iron supply. They both have fantastic service departments. Mancuso could learn a bunch from these dealers The sales experience at iron supply is fantastic! See Rob in sales at Stubbs and Micha in service!! Stay away from this dealer ...you have been warned !!!!!

My brother went to go trade in 2 sea doo. They gave him a quote that was a bit low. As we were leaving, Oskar (sales team) and Jason got a hold of us to get us a better deal. Jason did great with communications and so did Oskar. They tried to get the numbers were were looking for and we ended up making a deal that was good. My sea doo was not supposed to be ready for 1 week. They worked on it and got both sea doo ready for pick up in the morning. These two guys are great. I recommend them if you come in and talk to these guys.
