When my mom’s car suddenly wouldn’t start, she was stranded at Walmart on Yale Street. I was in a rush and immediately went to Google to find a mechanic nearby, and this shop was the first place that came up — thank goodness it did.
They didn’t just send a tow truck — they actually went to pick my mom up at Walmart, towed the car to their service center, gave her a ride home, and had the car completely fixed the very same day.
That level of care, kindness, and professionalism is incredibly rare. They truly went above and beyond, especially in making sure my mom was safe and taken care of throughout the entire process.

Bobby & Austin were amazing. I had two axles that needed an immediate repair on my Mercedes.
Called in, received a quote and the next day my car was fully serviced. Ride is smooth again. Highly recommend anyone needing quality work in the Heights/River Oaks area.

I'm not really a review kind of guy, especially when my experience was positive, but I had give my story. Had my car diagnosed here after a breakdown, and I was weary about looking for a mechanic. I saw the reviews for this place and decided to give it a shot. The team here was professional, straight forward, and honest about my vehicle. Frank was incredibly professional and understanding throughout the process. You can tell that they value their customers and reputation. Fair, respectful, and sharp business sense, would definitely recommend.

I rarely write reviews but Frank was simply too amazing for me to not leave him one. I had a rattling noise in my rear right wheel and Frank addressed it immediately. I highly recommend this spot to anyone and will be bringing my car here for all future services.

My back tire had a small nail in it and had been leaking air from it. This place was close by where I live and had good reviews so decided to stop by.
I was in and out in about 10 minutes with an easy repair and wasn’t even charged! The guys working were so kind and seemed trustworthy. They don’t seem like the type of business to nickel and dime you for every little thing.
I plan on definitely coming back in the future for other car maintenance and repairs.

I was referred to Tech Auto by another mechanic. Frank and Bobby really took care of me. My car had craziness going on and “I’m just a girl” so, I legitimately had no idea what could have been the problem. These guys really took care of me, communicated and worked with me!! They explained everything down to the penny and made sure everything was clear before moving forward. I will continue coming here as long as they are around. As a woman, It’s so hard to find great Mechanics that you can trust!

Fantastic experience! Came and got my tires checked for a long road trip and they didn’t try to sell me anything. Checked everything else as well to make sure I was good to go for my trip. Coming back when I need new tires!
