My girlfriend bought a pair of boots that were slightly damaged however they were the last ones in stock. Karina the store manager was super helpful in trying to help us get them repaired and offered us a really good deal due to the damage and the additional effort in doing so. Really appreciate the extra effort to help us out and the amazing customer service. Love the store and the boots.

Buyer beware. Bought my son a pair of their boots 7 weeks ago. Here are photos of them today after only light wear (he’s a high school student so doesn’t use these for work or anything). Tecovas said they’d refund me $50 towards the $115 cost to resole. No thanks. Guess I’ll pack them up, sit in 45 minutes of Houston traffic and then stand in line at FedEx to return them. Awful quality.

I bought a pair of roper style work boots they look very nice but when I tried to put them on I could not get my foot inside the boot I had to fight stand up and pull before my foot would seat inside the boot it's like the tops are too small to get your feet in. this is my third day of wearing them and I can't hardly walk My My feet hurt so bad from my heel to my toes. Unfortunately I'm stuck with these boots cuz I can't afford to go buy another pair of a different brand I would not recommend these boots to anybody that has to walk 10 hours a day

Consistently discourteous personnel at this location which we frequent all Tecovas throughout the city because my husband loves the brand & shops weekly. I can’t say it’s with everyone because while we are there they are friendly with others. We even had an occasion where a lady at front was snappy because we had to ask for sizing help because no one offers help each time we go.Very shameful service we receive always at this location.

I had an exceptional experience at Tecovas in Rice Village! The customer service provided by Cameron and Karina was truly outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect boots with the right fit. Their dedication and expertise made the whole shopping process enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this particular store and ask for Karina or Cameron!

This is my favorite Tecovas in the US. I’ve gone to stores in multiple states —- and lived in Dallas, and this by far, the best! They’ve been consistent and helpful with all of my purchases. Even when I went through some order challenges during the Black Friday sale last year, they worked hard to make it right.Karina is running a solid ship! She has such a positive outlook and kind demeanor —- I came in on a whim the other day with a buddy and because she was so knowledgeable and informative about the product (and made another situation with my current buffalo boots, right) I ended up committing to buying 4 pairs of pants and a white tee upon restocking. Which leads to my next highlight — they didn’t have my size and she helped me determine the right time to come back and acquire the pants and tee before leaving for a long ride up north.Will and Katy have been helping me out as well, while intentionally serving each customer, handling inventory, and encouraging me after receiving tough news. Their product knowledge is stellar —- they helped me navigate the differences between the leathers and differentiation from my previous boot maker.Honestly, this place just a peaceful place to come, have a drink, get some great clothing, and feel that neighborhood joy so many mainstream store miss. I hope Tecovas realizes the asset they have in this team that serves the community so well. (They had a fun community scavenger hunt that was going on in Rice Village and Tecovas was one of the stops. They’re just a great store, with great employees, and great products).Thanks again Karina, Katie, and Will. Y’all are rockstars!!!!

Can not recommend this store enough! The RV team is the sweetest and most patient team. A special thanks to Karina and Heron for being so patient as I tried on boot after boot. I finally fell in love with the Sadie and I'm so happy I went to the Rice Village store. Thanks RV team!

I purchased a wallet from their store in Austin, Tx less than a year ago. The wallet looks very nice and I had been happy with it until I noticed a small split in the lizard skin leather where the stitching is. I called into my local store for help and they could not offer anything. They were polite, but they advised that they couldn’t stand behind the product. I have several Tecova items and have been mostly pleased but this was an expensive wallet and the quality did not meet the expectations they set. This is disappointing because I really like their brand, but cannot trust it moving forward.

Went into the store and wasn’t greeted by anyone. I needed help getting my size and a worker looked at me and walked away. I don’t like to make generalization, I’m Hispanic and felt as if I was being treated differently. It was a worker, who was Caucasian, ginger, and had glasses. Then from across the store he says “oh that’s the last pair.” It was very unprofessional. I hate to make assumptions but there was other people there, white people and actually received respect and customer service. Very disappointed considering it’s a store in Rice Village.
