A Very Frustrating Experience
I have been delivering sheetrock to this location for quite some time, and unfortunately, the attitude of the unloading manager leaves much to be desired. He doesn’t seem to care that there are multiple trucks waiting, and his lack of consideration seriously impacts drivers who have been on the road for hours to arrive on time. Even worse, it seems the owners or managers don’t address the issue, as no measures have been taken to correct the situation or assign someone more efficient.
On one occasion, when the manager was absent, an older gentleman performed the unloading in an excellent and professional manner. He mentioned that this manager not only causes issues for the drivers but also for his coworkers. This clearly shows that the problem is more about attitude than capability.
The consequences of this poor management are significant for truck drivers:
• We are forced to cancel scheduled loads, losing important income for our families.
• It leads to increased fuel expenses while waiting indefinitely.
• It damages our relationships with brokers and shippers, who might refuse to give us future loads due to delays.
• It creates frustration and stress, disrupting our schedules and commitments with our families.
This kind of behavior benefits no one. I urge the business managers to take this issue seriously. Respecting the drivers’ time not only improves workflow but also strengthens the relationships between everyone involved. I hope steps are taken to ensure that this situation no longer affects those of us who work hard to fulfill our responsibilities.
On the other hand, I want to commend the team at the Weber St location, where Mr. Francisco and another gentleman do an exceptional job. They are extremely efficient and never take more than 20 minutes to unload a truck. Their professionalism and dedication are truly appreciated and deserve recognition.

Truckers, this is a super bad place to unload the forklifts, they are very slow or they have no desire to work, another thing there are 3 forklifts, I don't understand

I'm not a typical customer, as I like to work on my own stuff. I had a problem with my 6.7 powerstroke in which I needed to flash a replacement PCM, and the folks at Diesel Innovations did an excellent job. They were the only shop I talked to that didn't try to argue with me in order to charge more money on fully diagnosing my problem. As I had diagnosed it myself, I was ok with paying them to flash my replacement PCM, whether it solved the problem or not. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will bring my truck to them again next time I need help. As for why I didn't flash it myself, it is not cheap to pay for the Ford IDS software and hardware package. They have this powerful tool ready to use to deliver value to customers.

Great people, great work, and great time efficiency. If you have a diesel truck that needs servicing or anything else I recommend that you take your truck to Diesel Innovations.

Do not bring your pickup here for head studs! Brought my 08 6.4l to di performance for head studs after speaking to david on the phone. He assured me they had done numerous 6.4l head studs and it would be about a week. He also said we should change oil cooler and a few other things while we had the cab off. $5000ish is what he said it would cost. about a week and a half later I go pick up the truck with a $6200 bill ( ok he went over); the first thing I notice is the motor and underneath of the truck is still muddy, how do you work on a dirty truck? I pay the bill and leave, 1/4 mile later turbo boot blows off. I have the wife bring me back and the mechanic looks at me madly and tells me to bring it back. A few minutes later we have the turbo boot cleaned and back on. 30 miles later after dropping off the rental car the truck starts boiling white smoke. After waiting on the side of the road for a few hours david sends his mechanic and tow truck. 4 weeks later and numerous calls to david with him never calling me, he has no idea whats wrong with the truck. Tells me its wore out (140000 miles) and unrelated to his work and he's got it fixed, I just cant drive it that hard. I go to pick up the truck on sunday and show up to a truck with low coolant and a jug zip-tied to the radiator to catch oil coming from crank case ventilation line. Pulled dipstick on the truck and oil was half diesel and 2 gallons or more high on the dipstick. Drove truck staight to powerstoke magic. Injector lines were not torqued correctly. I cannot believe what kind of jerry-rigged mess di performance left me with for $6200. I would let these jokers change my tire let alone do any major work.
