Donnell and the whole team there are amazing. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service, I'll only get my cars inspected here from now on. Thank you!

Terrible customer service.
Dennis is loose cannon (manger/owner).
Issue was that he didn’t want to do the paperwork for a company car that has direct billing to enterprise. He complain that I wouldn’t pay out of pocket followed by telling me I had no respect and shouting expletives. He even tried to get me to just pay $15. Of the inspection fee.
He just didn’t understand that I cannot pay out of pocket because I will not be reimbursed.
My car information was already in the system and was just one or two clicks away, but he snapped.
Never going back again, as I’m afraid of what they might do to any of my cars.

I moved to this Texaco about a year and a half ago when my original station stopped doing inspections. I’ve been very happy with them. They are so helpful. First time there the attendant fixed my hood latch that was sticking for no charge. He was just being helpful! It wasn’t a huge deal for him but it was for me. They are fast and upfront about how long they expect the work to take when I have maintenance done and I’ve never felt pressured to fix things I know nothing about. Prices seem reasonable too.As as older female, who grew up before it was ok for women to learn about cars, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them.They are also friendly and polite which isn’t a critical requirement but it’s nice.

DO NOT DO YOUR INSPECTIONS HERE.
A man treated me very badly, he made me remove the car from the place where I parked in a very unfriendly manner, so that later he himself would know it was the same place, then he told me that it did not pass the inspection through a very dark window, please don't go.

This place reap me off. I went there for state inspection. they took my car in and did the emmision test it passed but they failed me for tints on the front side windows. They could have told me that before they took the car. They just wanted to charge me for the service and they hold on to your car keys until you pay.

As a single young woman, finding quality and trustworthy car care is a must. I 100% recommend coming to this shop! I've had my inspections, oil changes, and a fuel pump repair done here. They never tried to upsell or convince me to do something I didn't need. They've earned my trust and I cant recommend them enough.

Used to go here religiously for many years for inspections, oil changes, fill ups, etc while living nearby. I was in the area and needed my inspection done, so decided to stop by. 5 years later and they still are by far the best station in Houston hands down. Since I hadn’t been in a few years I was no longer a regular/memorable face, but it didn’t matter. It doesn’t matter who helps you or who you talk to. Everyone there is extremely friendly, honest, and will go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. They are also super quick for inspections regardless if there are people ahead of you. Genuinely the friendliest employees at any station!!!

It's been hard finding an honest place to get the state inspection but the people at this location are honest, decent, and friendly. I got in there on a busy holiday with 3 people ahead of me and they didn't moan and groan about it like the last place I used to use and they were upfront that it might take up to an hour to finish the inspection. They finished it in about a half hour and were as nice as they could be.Maybe it's a sad statement on society that I would be this impressed by this, but if you're worried about an inspection shop trying to upsell you wipers or get you to do extra work, fear not!
